I think the beef pata makes the best menudo. I always use it for mine. Looks good Mama Dove😋But I have to have my hominy i could never eat menudo without it. I know you doing low carb. But it just tastes so GOOD to me with Menudo. Thx & have a blessed day BEAUTIFUL 💖🙇‍♀️

It looks so delicious, can you please put a description of the recipe? I have a phone that always freezes on me and I have to keep turning my phone off and on. It's old and I can't afford an other one. It would be so much easier if I can just take a picture of your recioe then having to keep turning on my phone everytime it freezes on me. Oh no I am not on keto or any diet I still weigh the same as always. I do low-carb bread and low-carb tortillas because of my diabetes but that’s about all and I try eating healthy also but no no diet for me it’s very hard for me to lose weight even if I tried because of my insulin. Know if you do a research on insulin insulin does not let diabetics lose weight I don’t know why but that’s the way it works so I’m just little old me LOL😂😂😂😂😂 thx you dove mucho . PS sometimes I like to show my face and sometimes I don’t so it varies thank you
