I made seasoned chicken with chicken tenderloin.
It's sweet, crispy, and a bit spicy. (Spicy taste is adjustable)

✤ Chicken Seasoning
-350g chicken tenderloin
-3 pinch of salt
-0.5 tsp ginger powder (tea spoon)
-1 tsp of minced garlic
-3 tbsp of cooking wine (rice spoon)
-0.5 tsp black pepper
✤ Dough
-40g Frying flour (flour20+corn srarch20+2pinch salt)
-60g rice flour
-1 pinch of salt
-100ml of water
✤ Sauce (measured by rice spoon)
-1 tbsp fine chili pepper powder
-2 tbsp of sugar
-3.5 tbsp starch syrup(replaced with honey)
-1.5 tbsp soy sauce
-0.5 tbsp oyster sauce(replaced with soy sauce)
-0.5 tbsp ketchup
-3 tbsp chili pepper oil
-1 tsp minced garlic (don't add too much)
✤ garnish
-1 spicy pepper (can be omitted)
-Chopped peanuts
✤ TIP
-If there is no fried powder, mix flour and cornstarch 1:1.
And add 2 pinches of salt
-If there is no chili pepper oil, add 0.5 teaspoon of chili powder and replace with vegetable oil.
