Delivery driver assaulted in Fairfax by man impersonating police officer

A man has been arrested and faces charges for allegedly assaulting a food delivery driver in a road rage incident in Fairfax County. The confrontation was caught on camera. FOX 5's Shomari Stone has the story.

Road rager deserves to be locked up for doin that, but Delivery driver also dumb for getting out of the car, the situation was already tense and he steps out of the vehicle? lmao what'd you do square up with the guy or try to pick up an order with an imminent threat at hand? or was he taking order from some plain clothes guy with a kid in his car? Takes a certain type of person to want to make a video first and argue with a guy who he thought was a cop, instead of just getting himself out of this confrontation as quick and safely as possible. Imagine looking for that payday and finding out it was a fake cop that put you in that hospital bed lol

The kid should've stayed in his car. That's where he messed up. If I'm in that situation, I'm not getting out my car and I'ma drive someone else until he stops following me because you don't know what he's gonna do. He could assault you like in this case or he could damage your car when you walk inside the restaurant. You never know. I would've drove off and got on the interstate if he kept following me since people typically stop following you when that happens.
