I say the same thing Laura! At three months of working out and diet change EVERYONE sees a difference: some more than others. But there is always an improvement. And at three months it transitions from: "a workout" or "a diet" to "A Lifestyle".

Idk bro. When I started exercising 2 weeks ago I only took photos to gauge improvement, to know whether or not I was exercising correctly. Furthermore, by visually seeing the before and after it serves as a source of motivation in itself. I doubt that he was motivated enough to "dare" take photos, as opposed to taking photos in order to motivate himself.

I hope the ClA makes all public figures plant-based -- before the system is replaced... Because it's better if everyone goes plant-based on their own -- it's going to be easier to transition to a plant-based diet that way... After the system is changed, all animal use and all animal products and meats are to be banned globally -- as will all other things that are not right...
@FrozenMermaid6663 жыл бұрын
It even makes sense logically, why any living being is healthier on a plant-based diet -- it's because animals are consumers (they aren't producers which means they don't produce the nutrients inside their body) so they take the nutrients from plants which are the producers aka the original source. When one eats animal products and meats, they get 'used' nutrients -- plus the harmful substances that animals naturally have/produce inside their body. So they are technically 'filtering' their nutrients through others' body -- instead of getting their nutrients from the source.
@FrozenMermaid6663 жыл бұрын
I know people don't like to hear the uncomfortable truth, but the agency ClA has the full control over the world and all those industries, and they also control the flow of health info -- and the reason why they made everyone eat animal products was to keep them weak and unhealthy, and observe/study the negative effects of animal protein/fat on living organisms such as humans and other animals... They have always controlled my diet, and they made sure I would not eat a lot of animal products when I was a child, as they knew that animal products are highly acidic so they cause calcium loss in fact, and in 2011 they made me ditch all animal products -- that's why they also made all their top agents and programmers eat plant-based... My real-life protector is one of their top agents and programmers -- and he's been the brain behind most of the good ideas and global changes over the past 8 years, and he also made sure they would make as many plant-based alternatives as possible in order to make the global shift to a green diet easier because when the system is replaced we (I and Chip) will lead the New World and we are to ban all animal use and the destruction of flowers/trees/plants and nature/planet and all other things that are wrong, and all brands are to be banned as they are misusing the resources, so my Infinity brand is to be the global supplier of suitable and necessary things only...

I started walking an hour a day, changed my diet up completely, and now I have my dream body. It took me about 8 months to do it. I weigh 190 lbs now. If you don't call it ugly, it won't change

@Jack Smith 120, I was expecting your opinion about the subject but anyway, IQ doesn't have much to do with what I said.

Extreme you got a problem, I can't believe that you can still call him ugly after the hardwork he put in You can't laught at a man who gave it his all.
@mocha89084 жыл бұрын
@@cedricm8465 giving your all doesnt make you good enough or competent enough. If hes ugly, it means that some things are not meant to be, therefore he will be alone because hes ugly.

3 years ago I watched this video. A little fat kid in 6th grade that weighted 200 pounds. I was always the heaviest in my class and in my family and when I watched this it made me realize that I wanted change. I changed my whole life around I tried more in school I started going to the gym and most importantly I gained confidence. Thank you for helping this fat kid improve his life and thank you for helping me when it felt like no one else would

@Isaiah I am eagerly waiting for it. I have lost 31 kilos and my skin is also very loose so need someone's real life experience to tighten up the skin.
