I saw that I was slacking then going hard then slacking again. I kept complaining and as soon as I saw change I gave up. I wasn’t gonna continue if it wasn’t for this video. I needed to hear that if you want that bod or ANYTHING else, you had to work for it. And no one will hand it to you for free. If it took you 10 months with CONSISTENCY, imagine me in 10 months with that exact attitude, maybe even better. I just gotta keep movin. Thanks flex god, you are a motivation brother

Much of what we see nowadays are high budget vids with people clearly being sponsored by some company trying to sell you a product. You however feel like you're just making a video to inspire others. Mad props. Not only that, much of what you said is what I've felt, as I'm overweight. I keep trying, giving up, becoming suicidal, trying again, giving up, and so on. I never had the confidence. But seeing this and being reminded that there are people out there with similar backgrounds having similar problems and breaking out of that cycle of failure...I know I can do it too. And so I'm gonna try again, and keep trying until it sticks. Thanks for the pep talk.

I’m a 13-year-old boy topping at 192 lbs. I started dieting about two weeks ago, and my progress is paying off. I bicycle ride 1000 calories a day, and when I don’t, I try to run at least two miles! Thanks for the motivation, man. I also lift weights. Edit: as of April 21, 2022, I am 179 pounds. Still going! I also train muscles in the gym lol. Edit 2: May 25, 2022, 169 pounds. Edit 3: July 2nd 2022, 159 pounds! 14 now Edit 4: September 2, 2022, 150 pounds. I’ve been doing some body recomp for a month and it’s working so far. Edit 5 October 4 2022, just started bulking and now I’m around 153 pounds. Trying to get to 165: Edit 6: November 5, 2022, 157 pounds, still trying to get to 165, but may even go to 170. Edit 7: December 18, 2022, forgot to include the finish of the bulk. But the bulk is over and the cutting has begun. Currently around 160-162, cut will end at 140. Then I may do a real intense bulk to 170 or 180. This transformation will never end. Edit 8: Jan 20, 2023, I’m 158-159 now, cut is going sooo slow. But that’s a good thing because my main goal is muscle hypertrophy. Edit 9: April 7, 2023, I’m 153-154 now, not a fast cut, but I’ve gained some strength, my bench went from 90 for reps to 140 for reps while still being leaner and less weight than before. Edit 10: here’s my current transformation video, please help me blow it up kzbin.info/www/bejne/mKjHkqmmit2Vd7c Edit 11: June 6, 2023. I’ve gained some more muscle and started bulking again. Edit 12: April 30, 2024, wow, it’s been so long. I’ve bulked a lot and lost a ton of fat; im now 190. A bit bulky so now I plan on cutting. Im exactly where I started but more muscle and less fat! I'm a 12 year old boy and honestly I'm glad to have started working out and embracing masculinity. You have helped me physically and mentally and I thank you a lot for that. Alongside with my older brother, I have been working out and my confidence has boosted. I went from that fat, insecure, crybaby to a losing-fat, confident, pretty tough kid. Even my girl bestfriend has encouraged me and she has seen my physical changes and is very impressed (she kinda has feelings for me). Thanks, Flex God and God bless you and your family. Edit: I have updates on my journey. I am now 13 (almost 14) years old and my girl best friend has left me. That put me in a position where I had to work my ass off but I have found my sweetheart. Also I still workout and have started boxing.

People who starve to death dont have loose skin, even if they were fat before they starved. Thus the body uses the skin for fuel to keep you alive. Extrapolating from this we can be sure that a calorie defecit is whats needed to get rid of loose skin.

I made it incorrectly and it was so thick I ended up vomiting. I threw up so hard I broke blood vessels in my eyes and coughed up blood. I felt defeated after that shit and just completely dropped off from there, I ended up losing about 30 lbs and went right back to being a stick. @@bernardocastro8679 It's not too bad of a deficit tbh than you think, because he was 300lbs and im guessing 6"0?, to maintain his current weight he needed to consume roughly 3700 calories every day, where most people consume like 2000-2500 calories a day is not bad if say he dropped his calorie intake by 1000 which would still be 2700 calories, not any level of starvation as long as you eat nutritious food (no fast food/snacks), add to the fact he was active, he'd burn calories as well meaning he could still eat more calories if he felt very hungry
@alexforce93 жыл бұрын
He was losing fat but gaining muscle. An estimated 2,500 to 2,800 excess calories is needed to gain one pound of lean mass. Its kinda hard to tell how much muscle he had to begin with but my guess is that he burned half his fat just to for the gains.
