@julienlozano202210 ай бұрын
This game was insane and Jacoby jones muffed punt was hands down the difference maker. Houston I believe had Kyle Shanahan as the offensive of coordinator for us that year and man his play calling was fire! Till Schaub had to go and get hurt then shortly after I believe we lost Matt Leinart to an injury hence the reason why TJ was in but that was a hell of a season for Houston. I believe CJ will make his own path of success with the Texans and I’m hoping sooner than later let’s get em boys!!
@diablowilliams493210 ай бұрын
Hell, cj already got the Texans revenge on Joe flacco. Whatever happened to Arian Foster (rb) and Andre Johnson? I know what Ryans is doing, coaching one of the greatest teams this league has seen in a little while, and definitely one of the best QBs I've ever seen and so young too. But so mature. I mean even when he's losing a game you never see him get mad or out of his head, just poised and waiting for his turn to play. Like, gimme the ball already. I can't wait for him to get this next win. I don't even care that Dak and my cowboys got smoked by Green Bay now that my little nephew in Houston got the Texans on a crash course with destiny. The coolest thing, I think is the fact that two of the hottest teams in the league right now are meeting head to head today (in a little more than thirteen hours from me posting this comment) and both of the quarterbacks are black. Such a good time to be a football fan. I'm just glad the Texans picked Stroud rather than going for the eye candy with Bryce Young. Although he has a lot of good stuff going on with his game but maybe just the wrong team got him. Cj could've ended up with the Panthers. Thats I guess one good thing about losing a national championship game.
@julienlozano202210 ай бұрын
@@diablowilliams4932 well said. As for Foster he played a season or two with Miami after his stint with Houston, then just kinda fell off the face of the earth once he got his bag I think he’s doing pod casting now talking about theories or some thing like that. As for Andre Johnson he just kinda stuck around the team like a big brother and supports the hell out of them. Was even the first Texan to get into the ring of honor. The Texans struck gold with Ryan’s and stroud no doubt about it! Ironically in a baseball perspective Andre Johnson and JJ Watt remind me of Jeff Bagwell and Craig Biggio of the Astros. The dudes were studs and respectfully made it into the hall but never got the ring they deserved, but always showed their love for their roots and were able to see Houston take two World Series. I feel the same is gonna happen with the Texans time will tell. Stroud just goes out and plays like he’s got nothing to lose he’s definitely gonna leave a mark on the city of Houston and all of Texas.

@@julienlozano2022 H-town stand the f#*k up. At least one of these Texas teams can make some noise up in the post season. But I really had hopes that they would do it especially when the rangers won the series and after beating the Astros to get there. Man, I'ma be straight with you, I didn't think we could win the nlcs against them. As much playoff experience them people in the juice box got. Shit. Them Astros gave me fits, I ain't gonna lie. You can’t watch this in 2024 and tell me Flacco was better than Lamar. Our offense was anemic at times back in this 2011-2012 prime Ravens. Our D and Special teams was just absolutely INSANE. Ray Rice didn’t have nearly the YPC that Lamar has now and we basically had Boldin and Pitta like playing hero ball on third downs after our defense would force turnovers and get us good field position. But I think our defense with Ray and Ed was absolutely unbelievable and even in 2024 our defense hasn’t been this good, but we have a chance to prove something tomorrow against the Texans - again. Offense is vastly improved, defense is waiting to join this defense as one of the greatest if not the greatest
