Demi tomato or istanbuli is the original Tehran dish that I will not replace with kobideh

Im gonna try this. When you say original tehrani i dont think so its called istanbuli meaning it mustve been seen in İstanbul from non Turks. This is exactly a Turkish dish except for the saffron and turmeric which i kmow is a persian addition. Yogurt is Turkish as well.
