I've found a few 1&2 cent coins between the floorboards, but nothing too old yet

Asbestos has already been mentioned but looked like you also had some nasty looking mold. Might be a good idea to wear a mask. I know not appealing at this juncture in world history but…..😬☢️✌️

Yeah plenty of mold, thanks for the heads up 👍 I’ve got myself a p2 dust mask and other PPE. The tin seemed to hold a lot of the moisture to the wall.
