​@@JosephWalters-p1z me personally, season two, and mugen train will be the peak of hype, OUTSIDE OF THE FINALE. Sure, season 1. Tanjiro vs rui was hype when we saw constant flux, but it got a boost with the hinokami kagura reveal and its theme. Season 3, with its finale, seeing tanjiro's rage and hatred towards demon into action. (Weve seen quick and small peeks of it when he first met muzan.) Not to mention the animation drawings were hella good. in fact, the best has tanjiro ever looked since the past seasons. And sound design in the finale adds extra touch to the amount of aggression tanjiro was displaying towards hentangu. But season two, and mugen train had better fights in general, and better pacing. Not to mention the villians were more hatable (likeable) Enmu for using dreams to try and manipulate tanjiro, which sure is a scummy thing to do. Akaza, taking rengoku's life. And to add to that, we knew rengoku will lose, he did no damage to akaza, and he already had a busted eye, and broken ribs, but the sheer will of rengoku's heart made us still hope for his win, although it never happened. Sure hentangu is annoying which makes him count as a likable villian. Or gyokko being this goofy yet disgusting and disturbing demon. But we all agree, that those types of villians are there in damn near every shonen anime. And thats why season two and mugen train are more special compared to the other seasons.

Demon slayer is making 3 movies , that's AT LEAST 3 years or maybe 4 Jujutsu kaisen's anime is still pretty far from the manga my hero academia may end with season 8 so it's probably the one to go down first which makes sense since it started in 2016 while demon slayer started in 2019 and jujutsu kaisen started in 2020

I hope the mangaka becomes more present at interviews and conventions like Isayama. I can relate to her story. Imagine having the dream of being a mangaka and having your first 4 mangas sell only 3 million copies in 4 years (that's about 750,000 copies a year. Not good numbers). You’re on the verge of giving up your dream but give it another try, and your manga goes from selling 750k copies in one year to breaking shonen jump records by selling 82 million copies in a single year, beating juggernauts like One Piece, AOT, and MHA. Demon Slayer isn't flawless. We as KNY fans and the mangaka herself knows and has admitted it. But I hope she looks past the hate KNY gets and keeps on writing because she has a successful formula now. All she has to do is make a few tweaks, and I’m sure she’ll produce another incredible manga.

You're telling me Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zentizu, and Kanao werent the highest ranks below Hashira? I personally think the hashira training arc did an ok job characterizing the demon slayers. Obviously they are fodder compared to the protagonist and Hashira, but I think thats kinda what they creator was going for. They are just regular people who really cant compare in strength to demons, let alone Upper Ranks and Muzan himself. (Spoilers), I think thats why they choose to sacrfice themselves for the hashira and protagonist during the final battle against Muzan. Sure they could've been cracked and done some damage against weakened Muzan, but I think that takes away from some of the realism the creator was going for. Not everyone is special. They are just humans at the end of the day.

Anime movies tend to be higher quality than any weekly, or seasonal episode can be. I see it as a win win. As high quality cannon movies are great! And if you don't want to watch the movie, it will be released in episodes later on with the same high quality

To the Hashira Training Arc was never said to be a movie and wasn't advertised as such. It was 3 months early access to the first episode of the new season. You can literally watch the trailer and promotion, and it never says movie. It was always advertised as the last episode of last season and new episode of the new season. There has never been a more undeserving anime for the amount of its sucuess its gotten in history. Seriously, between Mugen Train being the highest grossing anime film ever, the Mangaka being the first to be added to the top 100 most influential people, and it being voted best anime of the decade, I would think that this series AT LEAST being decent at best, but outside of its animation (which does carry the show, plain and simple), all other aspects of Demon Slayer are objectively average at best and down right terrible at worst. And before people throw the old, "it doesn't have to be a masterpiece to be enjoyable/ successful" argument at me, your right, but in the unique case of Demon Slayer, is straight up SHOULD be a masterpiece to justify the amount of praise and success its gotten. Otherwise, we might as well stop trying to give actual well written stories attention all together if this is gonna be our new standard. I have no problem with enjoying this show, but at least acknowledge its the anime equivalent to junk food and stop trying to pass it off as anything resembling a high quality meal for goodness sake.
