Woah awesome lighting in this video! Clear audio too. Plus I love the CP map! I see you. Hearing your experiences literally gave me chills. That's seriously terrifying yo. Also cool that you noticed you couldn't hear anything - good way to know if you're experiencing sleep paralysis or not. Still crazy freaky though. Maybe not sleep with a Ouija board blanket anymore? hahaha. Glad that you're doing better now

Oh goodness this is SO old! Haha. I have not experienced a full blown episode since this video. I sleep with a sleeping mask every night, and sometimes it does fall off, and if I begin to feel it coming, I just close my eyes. Boom. Taken care of. 😂 And yes! I have a wall of amusement park maps. Thankfully there's more now than this video. But I'm always trying to collect!

@@nikkisavo7293 hey that's awesome you found a simple way to conquer it! Yaass that's such a good idea. I think I have some park maps tucked away. I'm gonna start doing the same thing!

I've had that most of my life but i didn't even know it had a name! Ha. But when it happens to me i can't open my eyes so i don't think the mask would help me. I also have to have a fan beside me! I'm usually a light sleeper and the fan helps to hide most of the little noises that would wake me up. I'm glad you're doing better :)

I was surprised when I found out that it had a name as well haha. I'd be thankful that you can't open your eyes lol. I've seen some scary stuff! But we all have things that help us, and I'm glad a fan helps you! 😄

I have a long history of sleep paralysis too. It is terrifying, and I have seen figures as well. Sometimes it feels as if someone is holding me down, or sitting on my chest. I have had a sleep mask on, and still experience sleep paralysis. I wish I could find away for it not to happen, but so far nothing has worked for me.

I think the spiritual side is horse shit. But I've had sleep paralysis twice, the worse time was waking up hearing and feeling my girlfriend at the time sitting on top of me (who was overseas at the time), trying to wake me up. I couldn't move for god knows how long. Once I finally snapped out of it, I called her straight away thinking something had happened but she was fine. It was fucking terrifying.
