@@viewer1288 Thank you! What I really focus on is the value of the content and what I’m truly passionate about while helping others! I'm glad that I'm foolish enough to believe that I can actually start making money through my passions. I've never thought that I'd be able to gain more than 2k subs faster. I can't imagine how many opportunities could have been wasted if I didn't have courage to go after them. That includes having this channel, being in a management role, having the people who actually care about me for who I am, freelance gigs, being an ambassador in a creative community and now I'm also planning on honing my public speaking skills through joining a toastmaster club and these all happened in 2023. It started with writing them all down on a piece of paper. A paper that serves as a reminder for me to go after what I want even through hard times. I'm not bragging about my accomplishments but simply hoping that this message can also inspire others to believe in themselves.

Doing my battle plan for 2024. These advices lead to greatness, it won't come in single week, so persisance is crutial. I would just add meditation to the routine. I know it's being mentioned everywhere, but it was probably the most life changing habit I applied. I'm more connected to my people, nature, my self. It helps to tap into that masculine life energy I did not know I had in me. Peace brothers, 2024 is our year.

I basically went monk mode this year. Graduated from university last year and applied my ass off. Stopped going to the club, smoking weed, and concerts/events. Applied to 1000+ applications on LinkedIn alone and stayed very lowkey and worked on myself. It was silently painful in a way but necessary. Got my first offer in October as an IT Systems Analyst/Engineer and it felt like the biggest win in along time for me. Make good money for my age now and I’m just plain proud of myself. Gonna treat myself nice next year but still going to remain consistent, open up a Roth IRA account too.

Good shit, What I usually recommend to people I coach on self improvement is the POWERFUL idea of letting go. Spend 15 minutes daily sitting down with yourself, imagining past trauma and negative things that have happened Let yourself feel it and breathe into it, Let it take over and let it out After a week or so you will move up through energy levels, Starting with apathy to grief, to fear, to anger, to courage, to desire, to purpose and end up in the ultimate state of Love. There's "Anger" motivation which is "Me against the world, I'm gonna show them!" and there's LOVE motivation "I want to do it, we're all on the same team", You'll stop fighting with yourself, stop believing that you have to fight yourself to want what's best for you. There are people out there who think that you have to struggle against yourself to go on self-improvement, to do the right habits, that point of view is of desperation, believing that inside yourself you don't actually want what's best for you, It needs to be let go of. Keep at it!

Technology has advanced more rapidly in the last 20 years than the previous 2000 years. This is why internet, social media, date sites, porn, etc are causing so much depression, lack of user success or interest, and self deletion. It'll probably take another hundred years for everyone to fully adapt to what we have right now. The government just wants people to adapt more rapidly and that's just not going to happen. It's not the people's problem to fix because we didn't start it.

I have a question to anyone who wants to answer it, and it is about the “having the conversation” part at minute 13:00. My parents are not negatively strict nor expect me to go a certain way, they wish the best for me and that I work hard to achieve my future goals, and I am thankful every day for having them. However, I don’t know why, but I am afraid to be and act as a mature and responsible person in front of them, even if they want me to, and I do not know the cause of the “shyness”. It has reached the point of rejecting a girl I also liked because I don’t want to present her to them when the moment arrives, even when I know that they would be insanely happy for me. If anyone here has experienced this, I would thank them a lot if they respond.
@carolinaamaral75778 ай бұрын
At first, I was also afraid to tell my parents about my romantic feelings, because all my life I was "supposed" to hide it from them. It's normal, in my case I was afraid of them thinking that I was being or thinking about being naughty with some irresponsible boy, even if that wasn't the case. This is normal, you shouldn't be afraid of it. Everyone knows what happens after the wedding day, and that's not why the bride and groom fail to invite their parents and family. It's a normal thing in life so please talk to that girl if you have the opportunity and start being more open with your parents, this helps me a lot to increase my maturity and think more rationally, and I believe this was one of the best decisions I have done so far.
@diegocotinobolufer18228 ай бұрын
@@carolinaamaral7577I appreciate a lot your response, and you’re right about it. Maybe this shyness comes from the fear of getting out of the comfortable status quo, where I still feel like my parent’s son instead of myself as an individual. The thing with the girl was more like a symptom of this, because I didn’t want to show any signs of maturity or pursuit of success, cause it was this fear of like giving them the satisfaction, which I don’t know why, but it felt weird to do, as counterintuitive as it sounds. Anyways, thank you for your help and I’ll apply that advice.

Would you at least suggest having my laptop have colour during school? That's probably the one time you want your device to keep your attention, so you can focus better on your school work, if simply a poster on the wall or a sticker on your water bottle is more eye-catching than your school work, you'd get distracted easily. What do you think? I make myself more interested in Schoolwork by giving my notes fancy fonts and dividing them into different colours so I can read it easier and pay more attention. What do you think? I've already got my phone on Greyscale but I'm unsure about my laptop. I'm still in school and I'm unsure about how many of these I should be following, I'm still not completely sure what I want to do in life, I've cut it down to 2 areas and the main way I'll be able to choose is through just going through the rest of school, learning about each of the two topics. I also feel like this is targeted more towards adults and I'm worried I'm doing it too early and throwing away the final years of being a kid before I have to grow up.

It sounds like you’re training your brain to only focus on things when they look interesting. Real life doesn’t work like that. You won’t always have control of how things look in the real world; often you’ll have to focus on boring things whether you feel like it or not. You’d be better off training your brain to focus on what is important in that moment, regardless of how boring it looks, rather than what’s bright and colorful. In other words, you need to learn how to screen out distractions rather than spend so much effort on making things look more interesting to hold your attention.

I started doing OMAD three months ago and the changes have been absolutely AMAZING to my surprise .. My ability to focus and mental sharpness have changed in ways unbelievable to the mind.. Emotions have been a lot more stable as well.. I also did not realize how much bandwidth it required in my brain to simply decide what to eat each day , twice a day, now I just do one meal at 2 pm , I do breakfast one day and dinner type dinner the next.. This has freed up so much space from my brain , simplified my life and has given me more energy than ever before ..

For example, right now it is winter where I live so I eat oranges , apples and bananas every single day with my meal.. So basically , I do fruits, a big bowl of salad , three fruits plus the main course for the day.. I have not lost a single pound since I started OMAD and I am considered a skinny person. @@dmitrygrv5661

Wow. Never heard anyone say this "I'd look forward to sleeping so that the world would turn off for me". Me right now for sure. Also can't wake up cause it is easy for me to fall back to sleep and see the amazing dream world that beats the reality 9/10 times.

I got a bench and 2 barbells, a whole lot of dumbbells and a few other things. I don't have a squat rack and don't really have the money or the space for one. I still do squats though. It don't matter if it's a lower weight, just do more reps. Best gym motto is "One More Rep"

Thank you, Denmo, for your wisdom, empathy, and leadership. Men need heroes. Better yet, men need to be the heroes they want to see in the world. Discipline and struggle in pursuit of a life worth living is the highest of callings. Nora bene, rather than fame and wealth, love, camaraderie, and service are the true rewards of living well.
