Great video. You mentioned (0:30) that when you dont require high resolution, you switch to the a7iv. Can you not just drop the resolution in the settings on the a7rv?

Yes correct, I think I just meant I would just take out the A7iv (on location) and no need to risk my a7rV if I want to shoot lower res. In reality, my work is predominantly on the a7Rv/A1 with a7iv's being used for student training or video B-roll etc.

Hi I was actually gonna go for a Nikon Z6 III for dental photography and videos. But this camera is only 24.5 Megapixel. Do you think megapixel is important in dental photography ?

It depends, but in general no not really. An increase in resolution is only valuable if you need to considerably crop the image while retaining detail, or if you are printing images in large format (landscapes etc). Most dental photographs are taken for patient record, education or publishing on social media etc, therefore they are rarely displayed larger than standard screen resolution. Also, arguably there are other factors that influence image quality more than the megapixel count, for example lens/lighting/camera settings etc.
