Vehicles with dents can be repaired with Paintless Dent Removal (PDR)
This Mini was a recent job of ours, Our customer called us to say her car had been damaged by passers by falling/kicking the side of the car and leaving a hefty looking dent
The repair was done using only the latest Glue repair tools and a bit of skill! I filmed this job to show you how the repair is carried out....I hope you enjoy!

I agree , YT is such an education and I rarely watch TV anymore. Whilst I may not attempt a lot of things I watch , what is does do is give me a better insight and understanding in to various things that previously I may have sat back and moaned about. thank you @Boxing4K I appreciate your comment.it took a few years to learn this and I taught myself while panel beating, fixing cars daily I was able to lessen the amount of filler put into cars and ended up not having to remove the paint if it was ok

Hi Conservator appreciate your kind words Yes 100% the paint is very strong especially on BMW and German vehicles. Some older Japanese vehicles are quite weak though and the paint can sometimes come away

100% correct I get it all the time when people see me repair a dent within a minute and expect it for free or for £20 When I charge them 80 +vat they get angry. But I saved them dropping their car off at a bodyshop. Waiting for them to repair it, fill the dent, strip the car down, prime it and paint it, then polish it up and put it back together-- They miss this and think I’m taking the pee! lol

Hi Thanks for your message. The light I use is from Elim a Dent And you can either buy the lenses with lines on, or I personally use 2-5mm black coach lines which are adhesive

Hey Bruce. Yes correct. I show the process and repairs to show the process so customers and viewers see what’s involved. But for a total newbie to do this I’d always recommend speaking to a dent tech first, and then have a practice before trying their own car 🙌🏼 batman

I have multiple dent removal tools and have given a go at it on my own vehicles. I still hire dent less removal guys to fix my cars. Not anyone can do it even with the right tools. Training is definitely needed and lots of it. I rather do the body work and paint it if that ends up with a better result.@@dentremover01

I can't say I find watching PDR that interesting - I tend to watch tech videos of things I intend doing and I know its a skill that looks easy and is far far from it, i would lose patience and try to rush, but I have to say watching the reflection lines progressing was fascinating

I've been in the motor trade 27 years as a technician and have always wondered how you guys manage it and how the line boards work, I very nearly did a PDR course a few years back as I need a change of career due to health problems, But decided I wouldnt be able to complete the course, I might actually do it now after watching this video. You don’t need a course. I self taught. If you’re a panel beater then get yourself a few long bars and a simple line board. Practice while you work. I can offer a day or a week course if you feel you’d like to try PDR. I can get you removing a simple dent in a week 🙌🏼
