some friends are constantly on their phones een when you hang out, then if you call them at a later date they are slow to respond. Most friends don't really care anyway

I get huge anxiety sometimes when I feel pressured that I have to text back immediately. Sometimes, I take a few days until I respond. But I’m so grateful that my friends understand me and I’m working on that everyday ❤️ thank you

As a man at 50 I can tell you friends change about every 5 years, and there's some downtime in between. All the sudden there are new faces with life's circumstances and a whole new friendship pattern begins.

I have depression since the beginning of last year and I saw my friendship cycle decline: I already have anxiety disorder and since I was a child nobody gave a fuck for what I had been through but making fun. In 2018 and 2019 I thought I was on the peak having a good amount of friends, as I was going to the nightclubs, bars and social reunions. It was just in a short amount of time right after going into depression that I lost ALMOST ALL of my "friends". Some said I was getting boring and annoying, after attempting s*ic*de and almost going to rehab I just received a shitty message from an ex friend telling me it's MY FAULT for having depression and criticizing my lifestyle, furthermore concluding she would unfollow me on social media for being pro-cannabis. I saw many of them who criticized me for having a specific friendship accusing him of being a snack when actually he has been the closest person and the best for me at this moment whilst the rest just got away from me and became closer to some bitches who fucked my life. It's funny to see how people do not give you a fuck, but they want not only you being there at their sadness moment, but also post things related to Yellow September, like they really matter

I can relate to this video. Depression and isolation. In loosing friends a have no problem to that, because I have no friends, I am an alien to my own family , ex-wife, kids.

Hi. Great video. I was having relationship problems and then your video popped up. It really did help me put some things in perspective. Especially about dealing with strangers.

I would never be worried if somebody didn't respond in an hour. I would be worried if they decided to never communicate with me again.

if i saw this video years ago id be a billionaire rn. this is amazing. i wish i saw this before i started elementary school before i started dating, before i took psychedelics, before i started my business. i started an astrology business and was worried my biz partner and sister was mad at me but she was just busy. the video comforted me and then after i was in state of comfort she txted saying whats up emphasizing the peace i felt. also i learned people laughing in the next room didnt meant they were talking shit or plotting to kill me....sooo helpful and way more convenient to think they way you recommend instead. props. the key to being not over or under sensitive is to understand reality. this changed my life. along with 2 concepts. free love (give all money opportunities and people away and they come back) understanding the falacy of mixed signals (its either this or that in or out) has changed me. these 3 noble truths. they arnt mad at you its depression 2. free love. 3. clear signal reading frees my mind. now that i understand people im free to not give a fuck while still being in total love. its like a bicycle. once you know how to ride you dont care about it as much you just zoom past or stop or whatever. im less awestruck and fascinated by people and more invested and amazed by our mission and what we are doing. the vehicle even the engine are not my concern, just the task. ruminating about the vehicle and the engine cause anxiety and depression.

But what if they are not responding for a day? And also what do they mean when they say they are trying to ignore messages/call?
