Not what I was expecting. Deputy build, stabomancer is a no-brainer. I was pleasantly surprised by spell shot I was expecting Spore Warden. Awesome concept I'm definitely going to try it.

I really wish the reign of arrows have had an actual dedicated drop source, because ever since I got it randomly off knight mare, it's been my favorite shotty and main clutching gun for bosses. Literally the new hellwalker of wonderlands but even better lol

@@jowasijo while I agree that is good advice i think what they meant is that the method to get 90% of legendaries in the game shouldn’t be, “fuck it do chaos chamber and pray.” It really makes endgame not fun. For example I’ve dumped hundreds of thousands of crystals into spells and have yet to see a buffmeister, I’ve dumped 30k into SMGs and haven’t seen a live wire or nightshade. I’ve put maybe 20k into shotguns and haven’t seen anything but red hellions. My favorite part of borderlands games has been farming bosses late game for perfect gear (90%~ sham, parted conference call, etc.) the bunnies take all that fun away and make it just so you have to do menial boring mobbing and then pray to RNGesus and hope he gives you something good.

Those masher crossbolt pistols are absolutely nutty. I've got a lvl 23 one on my sporewarden/spellshot and it still got me through a chaos chamber at lvl 38

It would be nice to have a screen that shows all the gear you showed. Maybe it could show after you have talked about all the gear for 2-3 seconds. Makes it easier when going back and look for what you need :)

I found a five arrow masher pistol with one shot before reload and it has easily become my favorite gun with this build. It stacks your spellweave so fast and every shot you just see the damage start to skyrocket as you get 20% bonus damage from the arrows plus the bones from the reload. It even shreds bosses if you pop you special and just go to town.

Something worth considering for the Armor skills, the Stabbomancer/Spellshot combo can come with a point in Magic Bullets for 90% of your spell damage to be able to boost your gun damage. 8 x 90% may have more gun damage value than 11 x 45% if the drop in Spellshot power isn't too bad from not being the primary boost. Also possible to get an insane critical hit chance outside of From the Shadows by going 6/3 in Clawbringer's Awe and going ham with critical hit chance bonuses.

im not sure if youve tried it but buffmeister is busted on pellet guns, as it increases the base damage of all the pellets. so if you had a 2 spell charge one it could work very well too

Love the build! leveling with it now and currently using the empowering sigil of daydreams spell. I wish it had a smaller cooldown to use later in the game though, but 5ish vs 10ish is a big difference

this is absolutely nuts, joltz. ffs.. I'm not great at high speed run n gun tactics so i don't think this build is for me but you've given me a lot to think about. I'm currently trying to set up a sort of "Undead Paladin" build (name is just a placeholder atm) right now which is focused on spellshot and clawbringer with a heavy focus on shield regen and the use of a matching set of "Deathless" class armor. it's the type that reserves all but 1 hp and converts the rest to your max ward capacity. The way I see it, the only way to use those properly is a max hp/ward focused build. the strongest ward and highest possible hp to add onto it. I'm using the master Rune as a result. I haven't seen anything stronger yet. full constitution and intelligence build. the spells aren't as important as the cast time and weapon reload speed buffs. gotta keep those stacks of spellweaving flowing to keep your shield topped off as much as possible. Running in chaos chamber with "trust in magic" and a max ward bonus on other full constitution builds... I've been able to get my ward up to 50k... but with the master rune and deathless armor? I can only imagine how high it could go.. and then there's the "overflowing bloodbag" amulet too.. my new build is only lvl 34 right now so I can't equip the one i've got but i'm curious to see how it interacts with deathless armor.. it either wont work at all.. or it will be completely broken OP. I'm eager to find out.. (bloodbag allows dark magic to increase your max hp whenever healed while at max hp.. that armor sets it at 1 so... you'll always be full unless your dead.. either it will boost you above 1 hp or.. maybe.. just maybe.. it could add that bonus to your ward..) Edit: spell shot is absolutely necessary for the mage armor skill and claw bringer is necessary for rebuke and other defense related skills. gotta keep that ward as strong as possible, right?

It's just playing off the idea of a typical paladin in most rpg settings being a super tanky archetype. but it's difficult to actually be tanky in wonderlands. This is my solution. not entirely certain it will work but it's fun to experiment with different skills and weapons and whatnot.

How to win in Wonderlands: Have Spellshot as one of your classes. That's it. That's how you do it. Absolutely no other class can so easily get so much synergy and damage. I'd be shocked if it doesn't get hit with the hardest nerf in BL history tbh.

I think for new players it would be important to see that you are not exactly on Myth Rank 0 either. It doesn't make or break a build but it still significantly helps with everything. You do everything faster, hit harder and survive longer.

Since dont have a stabbomancer yet I'm aware that using brrrzerker would be less damage. Would running brrrzerker(my main class) with the stabbomancer help for just the farming of the gear? my main question, why go into dex? you dont need it because of from the shadows so you can put more points into attunement for a slightly faster recharge and maybe some int for the spell cooldown for again even more recharge
