Yes, Bob. He is original. I don't know if you know very well Derek. He plays jazz, blues, and so on. I didn't know anything about Eari. I just listened this guy Eari. Nothing to compare to Derek. That's my point of view Bob.

@@josehperez7553 There are people from the beginning of the saxophone who used the same kind of techniques as Derek. But Derek is applying these techniques to contemporary music. The music will always evolve and the players will adapt to it. I used Earl as an example because he used these techniques in the contemporary music of his generation.
