Just some reminders to everyone who loves Derek. 1. Derek was jacked as hell before every bodybuilding through wrestling. 2. He used to be worried about taking creatine (sorry bro thats my favorite story about you. 3. He initially struggled to gain any weight so his girl would wake him up in the middle of the night to drink a mass gainer since his metabolism was insane. and 4. He can crush the hell out of wings post workout. Lastly, I tried to literally kill him with a leg workout and he would collapse after the later sets until I said "Alright, lay on the ground and be a loser this year" to which he would pull himself up and keep going. IDK what he does at this point, but he trains like a f'ing monster and the day he wanted to be a bodybuilder he went in full force. Thats YEARS of dedication. Congrats on your 2nd place bro, you deserved it and you could have easily pulled 1st. That was a very close and awesome lineup!
