I was raised by a mother who grew up on a farm and a father whose family was in the restaurant business. I'm 48, so both parents are of that generation where "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" and "3 squares a day" were the dogma of their days. I hadn't missed breakfast unless I was forced to pretty much my entire life. I started 18/6 fasting this past year. My initial motivation was breaking a weight loss plateau and cut down on inflammation. It took a bit to get use to it, and I was overeating at my first meal. At this point, it's not uncommon for me to have omad or a single meal in the afternoon and a snack later in the evening. I've lost another 15lbs (down to close to high school weight) and, unless I'm eating it to meet a protein goal after lifting, breakfast dulls my mind and productivity and I feel heavier all day long. If I do have breakfast, it's very light. I am eating when I'm hungry and when I have time, and can shape my food around what I want to get accomplished, instead of the other way around. I feel so much better and less stressed since I'm not trying to force 3 square meals into my day.

Kratom is a hell of a drug boys, wouldn't advise it, same addictive function as hard drugs..

EXTREMELY addictive and has withdrawal symptoms that of opiates. There are people in rehab for kratom Though it won’t ruin your life, if you forget your daily dose, you will get flu like symptoms, insane anxiety, severe dysphoria, aching muscles and bones. Sleep becomes impossible Though it’s not as bad as heroin withdrawal, it’s really damn bad still I know all about this I’m addicted. I didn’t think it was bad when I started, used it to treat ADHD You need to keep upping your dose to even keep from feeling like hell. It activates your Seratonin receptors and makes it so your brain relies on that for it to even work. Don’t take it every day and limit use to once or twice a week. I listened to all the morons that look at kratom like a miracle plant. Basically with any substance that makes you feel better, it’s going to be addictive. I remember feeling amazing on it and nodding out on it with beautiful dreams and felt like Vicodin

My buddy went to rehab and went there for opiates and people were in there for kratom. Would not be surprised if they ban it some day.

made me start losing hair, at a pretty low dose too, 2 grams a day. Look into it. others have similar results

@@joshuablair252I don't think it has any psychological effect on me don't remember when I started but it will be more then 6 months everyday, and I did stop for 6 days without feeling any withdrawal, I just loose sensitivity to pain killing effect which is why I didn't use it for 6 days

Derek the reason why food is making you tired when you eat.. Is because your system is out of wack. You probably need to do a colon hydrotherapy session. Food should make you feel energized. You feel better without food because your pumping adrenaline/stress hormones because your body doesn’t have food fuel to function

Zach Telander is great at making the most boring, obvious statements in a long-winded and eloquent way. It's almost a skill.

Derek my guy, great content as always but your dressed like you're trying to hide your identity, lol. All jokes aside though grade A advice as usual.
