There is only 2 things I focused on and it worked for me to grow back my hair: 1. Decreasing the factors that cause hair loss like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking. 2. Boosting the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, good fruits, and veggies.. Whatever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and do not stress over it.

My friend and I are also using the same Reactivate hair serum... so far it is showing good results for hair growth.. it is just 1 month only.. I'm confident I will see even better hair growth next month.

Being a hairstylist of nearly a few years, I can share with you you, that you're not intended to use strong shampoo on your hair. I've noticed hairlines of so many individuals, and I observed that folks who were using harsh shampoos generally had weak hair line. So I suggest only to use gentle shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and recommend to use littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only. Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it enhances circulation and stimulates healthy hair growth.

I love hearing about hair care products, especially from a dermatologist. I also use and love most of the same products as you! I use the whole Olaplex line, K18, many Virtue products, a few select Oribe products, 4 different Kerestase lines, various Kenra hairstyling products, a lot of BondiBoost products, 2 lines from Briogeo, Gisou products, Living Proof, CurlSmith, a few airfare products from Inkey List, select products from Paul Mitchell, Sebastian, etc. I love Aquis hair turbans & towels as well, along with various Wet brushes & their comb. I would definitely love to see more hair care, tutorials, and scalp care videos, as I’m obviously very into hair care & learning more. 💗

Olaplex made my hair fall out like crazy. I am so disappointed and wished that I never purchased and used it. The conditioner was the one that made it fall out the most. As soon as I stopped using all olaplex products, hair doesn’t fall out anymore. I would never recommend my friends to use it in case the same thing happens to them.

Dr. Sam, after my liver transplant 4 yrs ago I lost alot of my hair about 3 months post. It was scary! My long time friend/stylist recommended I use the Kerastase Extensioniste Serum after shampooing. She told me a healthy scalp was the key to my hair growing back healthy & she was RIGHT! It's similar to fertilizing the soil for planting crops. My hair came back strong & healthy! I still use the Kerastase about once a week to ensure my scalp is "fertile!" Thanks!

One of my favorite tips from my stylist is brushing my hair conditioner through my wet hair in the shower. I have fine hair (the actual hair shaft is thin), but it's very thick (I have lots of it, even at 61 😉). I found that distributes the conditioner throughout, rather than it sitting on top. I use the paddle wet brush, and it only takes a few strokes to go through it. My hair is also sightly curly and almost to my bra strap. My hair is brown with highlights, and my stylist says it's healthy.
