Vincent was on Smart. Strus was tasked with doubling Tatum. Butler didn't box out Tatum #1, Spoelstra f*cked up not guarding the inbounder with Love and Strus didn't box out White after the pass. Derek White did everything PERFECT. Looked off Tatum, Passed to the open Smart, Cut to the baseline three, then finally cut to the basket for the tip. Spoelstra lost this game and Butler and Strus F*cked up at the end. Butler's lucky the ball didn't roll off to Tatum who crashed and was in perfect position for a follow dunk.

Nope, it was the only way they could have made the tip in JT mistimed his jump. He was too early and wouldn't have had the time to adjust. White timed it perfectly and it bounced his way and was still as close as it could have been. Spo was right, it was the only way the ball could have bounced for Celtics to make the put back.
