as soon as you mentioned Shrub's inspiration from Dipper and Deku i lost it, now i'm thinking of soooooooo many more ideas for similar themes. i've been stressed the past few days from christmas, not to mention a really bad cold. i got really tired and now i'm just binging a bunch of your videos, your voice and talking to just calming and the art is fun to watch. merry christmas Mngo!

They look amazing. the doll maker is very beautiful, and the deer is so cute. The log keeper looks great, too. I can't draw male figures, it's easy to draw females cause of the curves and with males are mostly straight and sharp lines. I think you did a beautiful job with the backgrounds. I can see Shrub as someone constantly trying to prove themselves due to being a runt. Like he was pushed around a bunch and now constantly feels the needs to prove brains can be just as valuable as brawn. Maybe he took over the whole alchemist business from a family member who always supported him

Yess I love this ^ I’m think that for his character development, he would be like hiccup who’s a bit more confident in himself and would stop trying to prove himself to others. Ngl I like shrub so much that he would probs be the mc if this was a show XD
