Really smart comments about reducing friction and complexity in your workouts. Even with a sick home gym if setup for a movement takes more than 30 seconds and I have to move around a bunch of equipment to make it happen, it's not something I'll want to keep in my programming long term. Yes I do! It is part of my persist program. We have mobility daily and weekly longer active recovery sessions

I eat around 3700 cals, 400g carb 200g pro 80-100g fat. I cook most of my own meals but never deprive myself.
