This is an awesome workout. If you dont have access to a leg extension machine, ankle straps and a pair of medium bands mimics a leg extension machine very closely.

Love this style of training Marcus! I can easily use squat rack and dumbbells however also using leg extension as well can be somewhat difficult if the gym is busy and the location of the equipment. But this may not be an issue for many others. Or I could be creative and set up resistance band leg extensions.
