Thank you so much, very useful suggestions, I believe this was what I was looking for. Namely, tasks that will help me improve my overall performance in all cross fit exercises. Would be great if you could make a video on improving the time frame where athletes can keep doing high intensity exercises in a longer period.

Wicked effective content explaining the why, what activities each movement helps, and details on how to do this right and what to think about for success. Great delivery! First time seeing your work and subscribed. Adding a note on whether to do these movements all on the same day each week, or do a few each day through the week (I think better especially when paired with like exercises done that day) would be helpful for folks. Thank you for this gift.

Amazing information again. I need to start incorporating these movements into my sessions. Pulled my lower back recently and I’m sure it’s because I barely work on any lateral stability and am weak there. Great explanation Marcus, You talk the 7 moves through well. I am gearing the 7 moves after my sessions , or even as an evening sesh. My coach also thinks i need to improve on my body positioning - He feels that i’lll get an extra 10-15 kg’s in my cleans and snatches (PB clean and jerk is 80 and snatch 58). Do you have any you tube videos on body positioning?
