Leyline of flip the table . If this card is in your opening hand it , you may start with on the field. If any player starts the game with another card in play other than leyline of flip the table they lose the game . Create an emblem with your opponent loses 5 life whenever they counter one of your cards or you discard a card due to an effect of your opponents card . And it should be in the token slot of packs so everyone can get 4 easily.

There is no way you can tell me the auto shuffler is not rigged. I've been playing since the game released on mobile and break bread for every card in standard but since this last rotation until they fix the match making i refuse to spend any money. Before they banned the red leyline I would get non stop match ups against red in ranked so I made a deck with no win condition only creature hate and then I would get matches against decks with no creatures gtfoh

Hell WotC has a back catalog of already designed cards with art. Make separate formats for EACH of the old blocks. People playing in a block can only use cards for that block(as such give them a old school starter deck, not a pre-constructed but a assortment from the block) and a few card packs with the code. Let them use card art from whatever they have unlocked(so they can keep the flashy cash shop options). Nostalgia is a powerful drug, traditional slow play MTG with the cards from their youth may be able to hook people back in.

Best way to fix it: 1) Ban every "new" type of cards(battles, planeswalkers, etc.), only "classic" type of cards must stay(creature, instant, sorcery,enchantment, artifact, land). 2) Ban all bordwipes. 3) Ban all ridiculous cards(like: Second Sun, cards with exile all copies effect, all these crazy combo cards, with million copies etc., etc..). 4) Delete whole Alchemy nonsense, and forget about this cr*p forever. 5) If you ban something, you ban it in all formats(and give a wildcards refund). 6) We need only 3 formats: Standard, Brawl, and format with all unbanned card includes. More formats=less players in every of them. 7) Listen to the community sometimes. 8) Fix the damn game client for f sake, it's just embarrassing. 9) I know it's never happens, so stfu.

13:00 Madness, Dodecapod effects, graveyard shenanigans so the things you discard still have value, maybe hellbent stuff. More likely if Wizards wants to combat discard decks they'll make some mythic rare land or leyline for protection that everyone will need to get 4 of and every game will be a coin flip if you get it or not.

Ok, I admit it. I am a netdecker. But the last time I copied a competitive deck was when I read on the internet how to upgrade the "Sephara vs Drakuseth" starter. The last deck I copied, played with and customised wasn't even D Tier on untapped. MTG Arena's meta is currently filled with either the top decks where you can literally pinpoint the number of copies of any card in almost anyone's deck because the power level is so high any brew that you didn't spend a couple months practicing with can't win a game; or (in my experience), mono-W lifegain or other 250-card 5c decks and you feel bad for way too easily winning against a casual player wanting to have fun. Great.

I actually like Duskmourn far more than Bloomburrow, the cards are individually more interesting than the tribal trash of Bloomburrow. Collect all mice or rabbits or Bats, add some instants for interaction and go, whoopdee.

100% agree. But just listen to Jim Davis, who is the WOTC shill and just consistently praised Bloomburrow while it was out. I found it the most boring set since forever where everyone played tribal aggro. Jim Davis said it was the best set ever made as it was very thematic! Sounds like propoganda from the China's CCP 🤣

Hire people, code in commander, those commander players will play standard in between commander sessions. MTGA and standard as a format is saved! I know it's a lot of work. It's probably more work than all of the work done on MTGA to date. It's still the correct thing to do.

If I remember correctly there were some Selesnya cards from Return to Ravnica that were decently powered for their mana costs and got played for free if an opponent forced you to discard them. I thought that was a neat gimmick that could help with today's black discard and attrition meta.

Well first if you play a tournament on arena and win a prize it shouldn't take 4 months and literally 20 report claims to finally get it. I stopped playing 4 months ago because of this. They will take your money real quick but if you win something good luck getting any answers as to where your prize is.

Vehicles with a four mana and no downside Wrath of God. Right up there with Tribal sets with black control, poison, and/or artifacts (IE: Bloomburrow VS brothers war/phrexia stuff). Standard could be much better if it only allowed 4 of from one set, and maybe like 2 of in other sets in standard.
