What's that flower you used here , could you please tell varieties of flowers we can use for garnish. Some flowers I don't find in my country .

I used the flower from my rosemary herb plant. Some varieties you can use (as long as they're spray free) are nasturtium, pansy, rose petals, and flowering herbs in season. There are others, but I'm not familiar with the names of them in other countries.
