When the ace of spades was first introduced in Forsaken, it was obtained in a quest line, and that quest started by giving the broken Ace Of Spades to banshee, the gunsmith. That Ace was caydes original that Uldren stole and killed him with. When we killed uldren, we took it back. The quest involved completing objectives to collect data and fix the gun. Once the quest is finished, banshee would have the schematics and data needed to reproduce the Ace, the same way we did with Destiny 2's version of Gjallarhorn in the 30th Anniversary. So while "I" the Guardian may have the "original", other guardians could have a reproduction from the gunsmith, or Xur in Macro's case

You can’t actually get Ace from Xur, you can only get it from the monument to lost light, which is where the weapon schematic would be. I don’t think Macro played during the forsaken era, so Macro is the one who doesn’t have the original

The reason we can call our sparrows, pull weapons, etc. is because of engrams. Basically in the Destiny Universe they have another form of matter which is data. Thats why you can decrypt weapons from engrams as those weapons are in data form. Our ghosts can transmat our stuff from our vault by converting it to data, sending it to our location, and decrypting it. Our ghosts also convert the materials on our enemies into ammo. They don’t actually show as bricks. Correct me if I’m wrong Edit: After looking into transmitting more I believe it is using a form of teleportation not really using the engram method I mentioned above. I’m assuming this is what is used for getting sparrows, going in our ships, getting weapons/reserve ammo, etc. From what I’ve seen transmattting works by dematerializing an object, sending it to a location and rematerializing. You can see this when you spawn in a location (like the crucible intros) where the guardians seem to be “built”.

Yea that is odd. It's widely disputed how tuff our ghosts are like some times it seems like only special weapons can destroy them while other times lore makes it feel like a dreg could. Most destiny lore is awesome and well developed. Really the only big area that's in debate

I see it like this, every time our guardians die in a Respawn Restricted Zone they actually die, and we just switch to a Guardian in a different exact copy of The Destiny 2 Multiverse where they didn't die in that moment, cause the Multiverse could be endless.

With the sparrows thing, they are transmitted, which is kind of destiny's form of teleportation. Back in the original campaign for vanilla destiny 1 every time you got a new planted you would have to set up an uplink so you could transmat your sparrow in.

There is a term called "transmat" in the game. It can be used to teleporting objects or information. When we summon the sparrow its the ghost teleporting it as he has the power to summon it. Since it is a man made object, it probably comes from the tower from some storage bay, like the ship bay.

I find it coincidental that he has a section about WATER. explaining how the deeper you go, the higher the PRESSURE builds which would eventually lead to the point where it would crush you. The lead story of the Ocean Gate incident (in which the submersible imploded due to the high PRESSURE, horrifically killing everybody inside) first came out to the public on June 18th. Not quite. Prior to Lightfall you could always survive a fall from any height provided you landed on a FLAT surface. Post Lightfall though, they made it so that physics based deaths no longer occurred. There are several reasons for this; however, the most prevalent one is the fact that, if this physics change was not made, the newest raid, RoN, wouldn't have worked. In the 2nd encounter, as well as throughout the raid, we use jump pads to traverse long distances. If those physics changes didn't occur then we would immediately die trying to use one of these jump pads. Or we would die on landing. Take your pick xD But yeah, prior to lightfall, that dares of eternity fall Macro made in the video would've 100% killed him, but he would've survived the ones where he landed somewhere completely flat.

You summon your sparrow via transmat from your ship's storage. Actually, now that I think about it, transmat is the exclusive way guardians move things. From my understanding, it's less about the Traveler GIVING us our power, and more so it focusing the light within us we already have. I read in the lore somewhere that all of humanity, and perhaps other species as well, have light, its just super minimal and not focused enough to be able to wield as a weapon like Guardians can, and that's because the Traveler basically allowed us to focus and concentrate that light into a much higher amount via our ghosts.

The falling thing does make sense why it doesn't kill. When falling you'll reach terminal velocity where you literally cannot go any faster. So the amount of energy you have doesn't change. If terminal velocity energy doesn't exceed your guardians health you literally can't die from falling

The sparrow could also just appear from our ships, which would explain how they repair. If the sparrows appear by transmatting from our ships, then they could be repairing in the ships and just teleporting down when we need it. It would also explain why we can't summon it in some areas.

The destiny ocean pressure thing makes sense when you're talking about extreme depths, but you literally started to crack under the pressure within seconds of going down past Titan's airlock. You were maybe like 50 meters deep at the most. Standard scuba gear would be fine at those depths, it's silly to think your super space armor would just crack.
