The Vex does well in PvE because of all the damage buffs fusion rifles received over time. Just a shame it has little ammo. Wish they'd buff it, it's my fav exotic after all.

How to fix all handcannons- Un nerf their range and get rid of all range perks. That gives long ranged weapons like first curse to compete. And it makes a fast time to kill How Dare You and TLW useful while eyusluna and palindrome won't be super dominant I know this is random but I just wanna spread the word. Great work Kakis

no, you only get one chance of getting an exotic or legendary drop(s) from a boss with a character in a given week. you can do the challenge mode again but, you won't get anything.

If you never got a Doctrine, the Atheon's Epilogue is an okay bullet hose in pvp. Just learn its recoil pattern and you'll do fine. Quite the fun gun.

on fatebringer don't use explosive rounds, it spreads the damage making it harder to get the outlaw perk slowing your damage output

Poor Atheon’s epilogue, it doesn’t have a void friend in VoG like the other weapons. The vision has a solar friend in vex mythoclast, and the fatebringer has an arc friend in praedyths timepiece. RIP:Atheons Epilogue, “This void auto rifle didn’t have a void friend, so it pushed itself off the map like atheon in year 1.”

TheBigTexan If they change the recoil pattern to a more compacted area, it will be extremely good. The Anguish is already a good weapon, if you can manage to land your crits. If the recoil was better, it would be an amazing gun, and a must have weapon.

That is something that people don't understand about VoG and Crota. The raid weapons were just amazing, and they were actually worth using and grinding for. WoTM and KF had some mediocre weapons at best.

At the time, yes. And VoG probably has the most used weapons (and probably the only used raid hand cannon). But today? Compare all the current (plus next weeks KF adept primaries) raid weapons. Fatebringer, most likely, for hand cannon. VoC, probably for scout. Praetorian Foil maybe for fusion. But which pulse rifle? Comparing each pulse rifle, each sniper rifle (with the black hammer maxing at 170), etc, and which would you use? So yes, in yr 1, VoG and Crota weapons were highly valued. But now it's yr 3. Among raid weapons, are they still the best? I didn't do raids in yr 1 so I honestly don't know and can't mentally compare yr 1 with yr 3. I'm not trying to be sarcastic or attacking or anything. It's just a plain, straight and simple question.

the majority of year 1 raid weapons are better. Harrowed defiance of yasmin is the best raid sniper. (now that we cant get black hammer) I would say that gennisis chain is the best raid auto rifle, considering that there aren't any really good raid auto rifles out there.
