Some info: The woman is a basic ting who probably got wifed up by a mid-level hood guy (most likely only ever dated hood black guys). Shes possibly like turkish-british or something so she attached herself to a visibly strong community (in london the black carribean community has been the visibly strongest social group and most influential of slang and culture). The problem is, girls like that think they are strong by association, so they will talk how their boyfriend talks but dont realise they dont have the strength their boyfriend has to back it up and in the wrong situation, chatting like that to the wrong dude, they get slapped.. “i’ll smoke you myself”.. shes a wrong’un…

Im gonna be honest, the difference there tho is that gangs and gang members will handle people over that. I don’t think it’s a defense mechanism either. a lot of people who are in gangs were brought in as youths and are socialized towards that behavior, so it’s not really a defense mechanism as much as it is how mfs behave, it’s the oldhead respectability politics x100

This is the literal NUMBER ONE reason I respect and continue to watch destiny. He knows how to be dispassionate. He understands that one’s opinions don’t automatically denote their other character strengths or flaws. One’s opinions are somewhat superficial. Sure sometimes theh go deep, but there’s a wealth of humanity and empathy and understanding to be shared between political opponents.. I’ve seen an Aryan Brotherhood prisoner and a gay dude start out with spite at eachother, followed by becoming the closest friends after 4 months! A lot of people don't realise how culturally varied and tense Africa really is, even within countries. A large proportion of Yorubas are adamantly against Hausas, and a lot of Hausas hate Ebos. That guy didn't mean calling her "bro" to be bad in anyway. In New Zealand we call chicks bro as a sign of respect, to mean we consider them equals. And chicks call each other bro too, because it's become gender neutral.

If you can’t be below average in everything. That’d be a paradox: if you were, then you’d necessarily be below average in height, which means that you’d be above average in being close to the ground. So you would not possibly be below average in everything … QED.

I find it really fascinating how successful Pearl has gotten while having such a lack of charisma, personality or intelligence that usually warrants such a following Like I'm not trying to be mean here but she's genuinely not an interesting person to listen to. There's nothing unique about her takes. She doesn't deliver them in an entertaining way. She's not doing anything new. She literally just seemed to work the algorithm as the Red Pill wave was surging and that catapulted her to this level of success. Like this video was unironically a struggle to watch even with Destiny trying to keep it funny while they watched objectively funny content. It's actually difficult to be as bad as she was here. She didn't get any references Destiny made. She didn't make any jokes and visibly couldn't banter with Destiny. Said nothing even remotely insightful and when the stream died for a minute she wasn't even able to keep the momentum going like a host should. She just stuttered and tried to read Q's from chat. And failed tbh. She's not even a competent host and she's been doing 4 of these a week for over year now. Her success just gets more and more ridiculous. Why are people watching her??? And even more so, there are women posting Red pill content who have more charisma, are more entertaining, come across as more intelligent who aren't anywhere near as successful as she is. It's actually baffling

She gets clipped up saying the word for word the exact same thing the most popular redpillers say. Since she's a woman its like, "woah, even a woman is saying these things about other women, very based and true." Go in any deeper though and its pretty obvious she's very surface level.

I enjoy when people respect conversation over opinion. It shows a level of wisdom where you understand most opinions can’t be forced to change, and the conversation is where you are able to take a bit from others opinions and see if you can reconcile that with your own. That’s where we end up with often the best progress or most productive discussions. I can tell from this Pearl and Destiny are able to sit with each other because they respect each others integrity within conversation. The most satisfying pieces of these clips is when destiny says stuff and pearl just says “I agree”

I keep saying this, but that's why I love watching content with Destiny. Even on a show with Pearl with whom (as I understand) he disagrees on most topics, look how structured and respectful he is. Love the convo, please spread this mentality. We need sane convos back as the "cool thing" to do.
