I bet we could poll a pretty large minority of parents where both parents, while still together, will blatantly say they love their children more than the partner. The idea you're gonna be more important than someone's kids as you just walk into their life is laughable. Also not growing and changing from previous relationships and experiences is pretty nuts. That's basic human behavior that she expects you to not have. Height requirements for age is just weird. Lots of her things on her list were really vague but fine as a singularity but she has a LOT of requirements. You have to be spiritual, 5'10 or 6ft+, not skinny, not white skinned, not act white, you have to high a top fraction of 1% per capita income, you have to value her over your mom, dad, sister, brother, children, grandparents, etc. She doesn't have to value you but you do her. You need to be dominant(ok? Is this a kink thing?), an outdoorsman, responsible (except to your kids apparently), athletic, emotionally available and a gentleman (even though you probably have no time to be available since you're trying to make 300k), you have to dress well AND dress sophisticatedly. Funny thing, being a well-dressed gentleman and an athletic outdoorsman is not a common combination. I live in the State with probably the higher percentage of people who are outdoorsman. Hunting season is basically when everyone takes their PTO, everyone fishes, tons of people have boats or cabins and everyone has outdoor and nature based activities. Finding people who know fashion or dress like a stereotypical gentlemen is HARD to find. Her list is pretty nuts even removing the income and nutty narcissistic thing about wanting to be more important than your kids. It's not easy to meet those requirements. Just a well-dressed, sophisticatedly dressed gentleman who is an athletic, dark skinned, outdoorsman with facial hard who doesn't act white is REALLY specific. She could find someone who does all that but they speak like Troy in Community and would get crossed off the list. Her list is insane.

Women although do tend to see men as objects for security in their ability to make them feel emotionally, financially, and physically safe. Most men on the otherhand are a little more complicated than most women realize when it comes to relationships. What men really want is a desireable woman to desire them. Most women get the first part right; they're beautiful and desirable, but after they get in a relationship they stop making a man feel truly wanted. I feel like modern relationships tend to center around keeping the girl happy while women kind of just assume that as long as they look good they can get by, by just existing and doing all the things that makes them happy in a relationship. Respect, loyalty, and admiration trumps beauty in a relationship for men, but we want both. If other men don't want you then it doesn't matter if you value your man, but if you are desireable but don't make your man feel like a desirable man than that relationship is doomed as well. It's deeper than sex and beauty. Men sleep with beautiful women, but they marry beautiful women that respect and value them on multiple levels. I hate generally speaking about men and women's wants as if it's a general thing that's somehow dictated by nature, because I don't believe that. I believe what most sexes want is heavily influenced by culture, and if our culture was different what it means to be a man or a woman would be drastically different. These are all generalizations that I've seen to be true in my experience, but I'm fully aware that everyone isn't the same.

If you stand on Boren avenue when all the tech bros come out to the food trucks at lunchtime and point at the first person you see with a hoodie and glasses then they will be pulling at least $175k if they are a junion dev and $250k if they are one level above that. If you want to find someone pulling north of $300k you just have to stand there and look for someone slightly better dressed/groomed and old enough to be at least mid-career. Whether or not she has access to a network like that is a different matter.
