Destiny Johnson Question.. And Im not in NO way shape OR FORM being rude. But I just DONT get when ppl say " I miss the old members". They lasted two albums.. ONE that didn't produce MANY hits.. And the second album only lasted for two singles..They were only in what.. 4 or 5 videos.. 3 that ppl ACTUALLY remember.. They NEVER had solo parts, we NEVER got to actually hear them sing. First of all, my bae Letoya was working it! Sexy AF!!! LOL. Yes, Beyonce was lead and rightfully so. She's amazing! However, anyone who calls LeToya and LaTavia background dancers doesn't understand or appreciate background vocals. I can hear each girl's voice clearly and distinctively. The four of them singing together made for some very rich harmonies, which whether you know it or not, is one of the reasons you love the song.

I watched this when I was 17 on British TV and to see white people getting down to black music in 1997 was a big turning point in British Racial History. White people loved this group like Diana Ross and Shirly Bassey. Beyonce had white guys putting there hands in the air like this. she is a ICON but so are all of the group. I remember when they had to shut down Virgin Mega stores because the British kids started a riot when the group had to leave after 'No, no, no' came out. that was a massive hit!
