There are many different vocal ranges of which a singer can be classified under. For example: Sprinto soprano, lyric coloratura, soprano, mezzo soprano, alto, contralto, tenor...and so on and so forth. Michelle traditionally sings alto in the group as her main vocal role w/ in the trio. She has even said it herself. Just because she has the lowest harmony, doesn't mean she is singing in the bass clef which is what tenor is written in. You don't really know if it's tenor or not but that its low
