How can you not hear Michelle? Michelle is singing the TOP. You can actually Michelle the most. Though she normally took the bottom harmonies in Destiny's Child she has a very bright and agile upper chest and mixed range. She is very clearly singing the top part here. You can hear her distinct tone at 0:30-0:35. Most certainly not the weak link, in fact you can also hear when she stops singing on "tomo" and comes back in on "row, look to me"

I remember this! Thanks for posting. I believe this aired just after their “Diary” type special where Farrah “left” in the middle of filming. Kelly and Beyoncé were still warming up to Michelle because you know she and Farrah had that new girl bond going on. You know, where y’all have been placed in a group and because you’ve come into the situation together you have that connection. But it was like in this moment they accepted Michelle in a different way because she’d been holding this back on them. Like, she could’ve easily stepped in trying to outshine them, but instead took her position in the group and, in my opinion, really upped the vocal talent of DC as a whole, especially concerning the harmony.

In this vid you can hear why Kelly took the top parts mostly because Michelle's upper chest range is very piercing and would dominate rather than blend as well as Kelly's. In the Rotterdam Gospel Medley, when Michelle switches to the top on "all to thee my BLESSED SAVIOUR" her distinct tone powers through...
