I'm glad they let you choose which weapon you want a second time when you go to turn in the cipher after the boss kills because I picked qbb originally but knew I wasn't going to be using it much for either PvP or PvE so I switched to the LoW. Haven't regretted it since :)

Yes and no he was doing good because A- he was playing against some players with less than stellar accuracy(not taking anything from him but when u get a double kill on people who r fully aware of u and r shooting at u it's typically their fault) and B- they all mostly just ran at him in most situation with multiple people u typically will have then divert and attempt to flank u however they just tried to face charge him no doubt there is some skill there however people often mistake god like skill as just good aim vs less than stellar players

I do think he has underrated QBB in PVP. It's a decent sniper and has a LOT of aim assist, plus it's a viable weapon even in close quarters because of something he forgot to talk about: it actually has good hipfire accuracy. I like it a lot, and while I do agree that Lord of Wolves is a better weapon overall, I do think QBB is better for Crucible. Plus it really is one of the most fun weapons to use in the game right now.

I'm assuming you "picked" it at the start of the bounty by accident since it takes about 5-8 seconds to actually aqcuire it from Variks after doing all the steps.

One key thing about Lord of Wolves is that Burst fire allows you to damage beyond single target. With 5 burst and hip fire bonus you would be surprised at how many multi kill scenarios you can create

dagoxo7arius He would of made the calculations off of the damage from the first round, first round x 6 gives you the damage of the mag. then he might of just added the final round damage onto one of those rounds as its something like 1.5x damage. Easy Maths but a lot of editing for a video, might be why he made a mistake. Also Queenbreakers Bow gives a scope glint on both scopes.

The bow isn't a sniper though, it shouldn't be compared like one. Its damage to criticals is reduced because it doesn't share the sniper class critical modifier. If you compare it to another weapons, it should be the plan c.

Spiffy McTaco but the critical of a sniper is always going to be more than a labeled fusion rifle. Even with out critical damage from the plan c, the dos scales stack up closer together. Both deliver around the same one shot damage if all of plan c hits.

Spiffy McTaco you don't understand. Plan c may not have a critical hit lime the bow, but it's numbers are similar. Plus it has a charge rate that can't be spammed like p&s. It is at least a more fair result than two completely different classes of weapon despite acting like a sniper.

I think the overall theme bungie was going for with these weapons is for them to be interesting/fun weapons. Not weapons that over take and MUST be used. QBB is obviously meant for pvp because it's massive ammo reserve which directly counters the special ammo nerfs. Also it lets us become the vandal and annoy people in pvp. Lastly it gives us the first true hipfire sniper. It's got stupid high aim assist which is furthered by hidden hand. And it comes with a hipfire reticle. something no other sniper has. LoW was designed with pve in mind because of the sustained damage over reasonable distances. Shotguns do double damage in pve but require you to usually get within dangerous range to get the damage. It also counters the special ammo nerf for pvp. And because these are like normal bullets instead of pellets the boon for it in pvp is based around getting farther then average kills. If you manage to land most of your burst as a critical you gain a farther one shot then even the best legendary shotgun. And on top of that you will always 2 shot out farther then legendary's. In short LoW isn't meant to be treated like a normal shotgun in pvp where you blink/slide around constantly. It's more of a mid ranged weapon for a more conserved play style to pull out on people that rush you. And I dont know what they were trying to do with dregs promise. It doesn't offer anything over vestian dynasty. it has a cool reload animation tho...

Nice vid - I do like QBB *very much* (and have it) but I don't have LoW yet - I do want this very much, too! It looks cool and fun to use. I will see what works best for me after I get the LoW (hopefully) and compare it against the QBB... For me and my playstyle, the QBB was better - hence my initial choice. I am not much of a shotty user - I prefer fusion rifles - and the QBB was more intuitive for me to use. Plus the range was much better for me - love the sniper-esque feel to it AND the hip-fire. Good vid, though. :)

Simply Toasty An ordinary Sniper Rifle will beat it out if both users are on target. QBB is fun and has tons of aim assist (so do other Snipers like Her Benevolence) but the only really good thing about it that would put it above other Sniper Rifles is the ammo.

Very good video, but I disagree with you about the bow. In PvP, it is very successful, and I personally think that is the best out of the 3. The reason why is because even though the damage is a little low, the ROT really makes it better. If you have a true aim with snipers, (Not saying you don't) the bow will make it so much easier to use a sniper in pvp. On combined arms or long ranged maps, the bow out beats most of the reg snipers because of its fast charge time. You can hold the charge like most fusion rifles and while you are holding it you can search for your next target. This is my opinion of course, but it's personal preference. Good informational video overall.

I agree. Usually it takes me time to focus on a target while sniping, and the queenbreakers bow's charging usually takes up that time. This makes it very effective cause its basically a regular sniper for me with the added bonus perks and ammunition.

rainfall_ The only really good thing about Queenbreaker's Bow is the aim assist and the bonus ammo. If you REALLY want to spend an entire game "sniping" everything then sure, use the Bow. But Her Benevolence has a ton of aim assist and fires instantly, so if both players are on target the Benevolence will win most of the time.

Sidearms is pretty useful in PoE when the "Specialist modifier" is active. It deals bonus damage + it got a bigger ammo reserve for taking out lots enemies at range or up close

I agree totally. I got the QBB first cause I thought it was cool and I could get revenge on all those vandals that killed me wit it for so long. I got Lord of Wolves 2nd and after using it I fell in love with it and saw how much better it was an QBB and when I got dregs promise I already figured it would be in 3rd place. Lord of Wolves is also fun to use especially if other people on ur team are using it so you can get the recovery perk too since your kill only help ur team which I wish I gave you a boost to recovery to even if it was only +2 instead of the +3 your allies get

Datto, when you're putting up charts for us to read, try and have the rows/columns/sections of the chart show up one after the other. I was getting a bit overwhelmed by so much stuff showing up all at once. For example, in the Queenbreaker's/P&T comparison, you could show the title first, then the body shots section+disclaimer, and then finally precision damage.

I have acquired all 3 and with my observations: Lord of Wolves is clearly the best weapon mostly because of its potential for high damage output and it possesses a large amount of ammo with the choice of field scout. Queenbreakers Bow is still a good weapon if you can master the charge times, versatile with the two different scopes and the potential for just as much range as any other sniper rifle with Send It, not to mention increased target acquisition which gives me some head shots that clearly to me should not have been head shots. Dregs Promise brings up the rear for me because of its lack of ammo, range, and overall impact and power. It just isn't practical and I can only see it being useful if Arc Burn is on.

yes it has speed reload, but with that you are sacrificing hand loaded and have none of the range that the lord of wolves has all of. the reason why he used found verdict and invective, because they have much more comparable range to lord of wolves. but when you get down to it, fourth horseman, invective and found verdict have similar fire+reload+fire times, only fourth horseman lacks the effective range of all of them. although I do agree with fourth horseman being a good gun to test lord of wolves against, people more commonly use the other two shotguns, so it just makes sense

not sure if its well known, but with lord of wolves i have noticed that its lord of wolves recovery ability it seems to negate the exposure skull so your team members will heal, yet to try it in crotas end tho to see if it negates crota's presence too

Queen breaker is actually very good for a support sniper in strikes/raids because it's high damage per shot and ammo capacity. My raid team was doing the bridge in Crotas end, and two people had to leave so we needed a four person strategy. I sat in the back and sniped when the ogres came and they went down incredibly quickly when I say in the back and just spammed and them, and the wizards downed in like two headshots. I also loved it in solo pve where I just used is as a primary basically. I loved it personally, but yes it is more so a support gun.

For me, my favorite is the QBB then the LoW. I can do REALLY well with QBB in both PvP and PvE. I just got the LoW but already LOVE it. It says it's range sucks but it's actually really nice.

I agree 100% with this video, all fun weapons, Lord of Wolves is the best of the three, none of them are better then other legendary counter parts. But I love Lord of Wolves, its by far the most fun to use in PoE and just destroy everything and when comparing it to Found Verdict, it loses out in damage but Lord of Wolves has a few things going for it, the main bonus isn't much but it helps in PoE and if that's where we are comparing it then it also has a good chance to kill more then one enemy per burst unlike most shotguns that tend to only kill one or two enemies at point blank range, that's another thing I think Lord of Wolves might have over other shotguns is the best range. Lord of Wolves was my First choice just because I was pumped for it when it was first data mined and even though its changed its still fun and very cool to use. Though this is destiny after all and anything can work well if used right so the choice is really just up to the player.

I love my QBB, but LoW is an absolute monster up close. It doesn't hit like a truck, it hits like that meteorite/UFO (delete depending on your belief) hit Tunguska all those years ago. If you haven't yet used it, do so, and if you have the elder cipher bounty active, make sure you take the LoW.

For the queenbreakers bow, you can't compare to another sniper based on fire rate because how often are you going to use a sniper trying to get as many shots off as possible, so i mean it is a bad way to compare the two sniper rifles

Honestly I belive the dregs promise is primarily for removing the enemies shields in crucible. The ability grave robber or something replenishes the mag at times when getting melee kills, which encourages the user to make more often, thus not killing with dregs promise. I think all 3 of these weapons are pretty balanced and made only for PvP.

It's still not that great to replace gallahorn. I can run up to any yellow bar captain and use a 365 arc shotgun and still stun him until it dies. I don't see anyone use Lord of Wolves in POE or any activity. I think you're in the minority and just giving any reason to "make it seem like it's good"..

I think better ability to get consistent crits with lord of wolves would bring it slightly ahead of FV in terms damage. With even passable firing I find myself getting mostly crits with lord of wolves, as opposed to FV, where I probably get 1 crit max ( why even bother :P ). Would that change the DPS charts?

Alright. I agree with you 99.9% of the time datto. But, I simply cannot agree with the fact that Queen Breakers Bow is a "fun only" weapon (at least in PvP). I've used the QBB in PvP and even in trials and I usually dominate. Even though you seemed to put a lot of work into the video. I don't think you looked at secondary stats on the weapons. With upgrades, the QBB has almost 100 aim assistance which I believe had major potential in PvP. Please, could you reply and tell me what you think and how I might be wrong. Sorry, but this just my humble opinion.

I personally find queenbreakers to be quite good for PVP, providing you're accurate. If I have the choice between LOW and QBB for crucible I'll pick QBB Moët of the time, but if it's on PVE I'll pick LOW most of the time.

I got my Queenbreaker's Bow first, and I love it. It may not be the best, but like Datto mentioned it's just a ton of fun to use. Sniping a Vandal who was charging up his own wire rifle is beyond satisfying. I have a friend who swears by his Dreg's Promise, but I haven't had a chance to use one.

I think, if u want to do mid to long range then Queenbreaker's bow. Short range probably Lord of Wolves. Short to mid range then Dreg's Promise. The best for PvP and PvE is probably i'd go with is Queenbreaker's Bow. Lord of Wolves is a good shotgun, but I think Queenbreaker's Bow does a little more damage then Lord of Wolves and Dreg's Promise.

I saw a video that showed that vestian dynasty did the same damage as thunderlord in crucible. It still has a very steep range fall off though.

Primary: Timur's Lash - Final Round, Small Bore/Snapshot, and Luck in the Chamber (There's no need for an exotic primary). Secondary: Lord of Wolves. This thing wrecks everything. Heavy: BTRD That's all you need for crucibles. Anyone who says Thorn or Last Word is a better primary obviously doesn't know how much the weapons really suck, and simple follow the crowd. I rip Thorn and Last Word hand-cannon wielders a new a-whole everytime I play against them with Timur's Lash. The only weapon I'm really afraid of is the Hawkmoon. If I had, I would love it.

I think queen breaker's bow could be fixed by increasing its impact for marksman mode only. The majority of people in crucible use it in combat mode anyway, and if it's in marksman mode, you're forced to use it as a sniper. That way it does damage as a sniper should in pve, and if you get oneshotted by it in pvp, it's because they headshotted you like any other sniper.

I agree to with the Marksman being stronger, if not the combat scope should at least give you a shorter rate of fire in between shots.

I use Dregs Promise on PVP. its actually good for me, the 3 roll off quick, and with the high stability, head shots come off quick with 2 bursts.

Solid synopsis. I wish I was good with The Lord of Wolves, but I'm just not. I think it has a travel time, but something about the burst just leaves me only landing a couple of shots on any target in the crucible that isn't stationary or running right at me (and I'm never going to seriously use any of these in PVE). I'd also never use Amy of these in serious PVP aka Trials because exotic hand cannons are so good, and for anything non-trials or the iron wrath bounty, I stick to fun weapons like Hard Light or lengendaries, and I have way more fun with the QBB than any other special weapon, so it's the perfect choice for me. I've actually gotten a handful of kills with Dreg's Promise because it's a pretty good sidearm for PVP, but I really don't see the point of using them because they're useless outside of their effective range, and that range barely beats put that of shotguns, so I don't really see the point.

I wish this was out b4 I got QBB the first week, i use it to maybe show off to some Kinderguardians or just to get revenge on Vandals but I am first and foremost a Shotgun user, and while QBB is forgiving in the area of sniping, predyths revenge is just that much better

I like the lord of wolves. Don't let yourself get tricked by it's stats. Use it as a shotgun and you will have the best shotgun in PvE.I use mine with absolutly no stability and a little bit more range, but I don't need stability for a shotgun that performs like that. It is quite calm when firing it and quite fast too. What I love the most of this weapon is that with ammo buffs it can contain 244 rounds which divided by 5 ( for it's burst) equals 48.8 rounds. You can have almost double the amount of ammo for this weapon than for any other shotgun. The other great thing is that using it against the weakest mobs just shredds through them like a hot knife through butter. Best Anti-thrall weapon ever. This thing is a beast and a must have.

I have went up against a flawless 34 using Dreg's Promise for almost an entire Trials match and he got only 2 kills when he used his primary at the end. Literally danced around him the entire time.

Low is hands down one of the best shotguns in the game people say it's bullet velocity is slow but it's not really if you actually have good reflexes low is amazing

I wouldn't use LoW purely because it is a solar primary and I'd much rather use gallh as my solar exotic and use something like wolfborns oath (the PoE shotgun sold this week) as my solar secondary with VoC. This is purely my opinion and I HAVE NOT used LoW.

I'm now on my 2nd elder cipher and am thinking of getting the queen breaker's bow and my first was used on dreg's promise. I personally do not suggest dreg's promise especially seeing as vestian dynasty is in my opinion better so does anyone suggest lord of wolves more than the queen breaker's bow or should i just stick with qbb

i love myQueensbreakers bow but I do agree it's more fun to us then actually useful in the game for some serious stuff. but I spent in tire day playing with it and sense I just got it. I hope the fun with it will last till TTK.
