That speaks to me especially after dealing with a terrorizing roommate. He moved out 2 years ago, thankfully. The time he was in the house was a living hell for me and I constantly felt unsafe. I even considered pressing hate crime charges. Truth be told, I don't actually hate him. There's no excuse for what he did to me but I'm not the kind of person who is intentionally rude or malicious to others. I hope that he learns for the better.
