I’m building a scrambler out of a 2000 buell blast P3 500. I put the ax41 on the rear and moved my rear tire which is a Michelin city grip 2 to the front and it looks great

Totally agree. Just burnt through a rear ( in the colder weather of the UK ) in 3000 miles, front is barely worn. They really are amazing on the road though Good review!

Just found your channel. Were these on your Africa Twin? And are they being run with tubes or did you use Tubliss on your rims?

How do they handle in the sand?

They handle very good in sand! I can only say on a heavy adventure touring motorcycle though. They are able to track and dig in when needed!

Yes, they talk the talk of their people. Noisiest tires I have ever had on the bike. It reminds me of those lifted trucks that drive by you down the highway.

If they're not dual compound they are obsolete.

I could not find information on the tires that stated single compound or dual compound. I agree that dual compound would be better for the longevity! Maybe they will take note?!?
