So as soon as I feel some kind of heat in the tire I can apply the product or how hot does it have to be ?

Correct. It doesn't need to be hot. You are just looking for it to be slightly warm to the touch

How should I clean the tyre applicator?

Unfortunately tire applicators aren't really meant to be cleaned. We recommend keeping them in the original packaging for storage

I think that is too much time to use dryer like to use without heating .
