You said Matt pled guilty for the charges made against him. He pled no contest, meaning he didn't pled guilty or innocent. He just agreed to take the fines and probation. This saves him a lot of money and a long dragged out trial, we're attorneys run up their bill, and he can focus on his work. I know because I was charged with something I didn't do. It would have cost thousands of dollars to go to trial. I paid the fine, and I can get it off my records faster than a trial. I am not happy with your misinformation claiming that he pled guilty.

I feel like a former employee or competition had something to do with this. This isnt a Matt thing to do and being as how he just wanted to get it over with by pleading no contest and who the charge and sentencing was dropped so substantially I believe im correct in this. Im sure his attorney went over some of the more detailed matters with the district attorney and thats how the deal came to be. Its unfortunate but matt still looks up every day even though this was looming over him. Hope the best for matt and the crew, ill continue to be a subscriber and watch! I seen people use AAA to tow junk cars from side of a yard to their house. I had one guy pickup an old jeep I had engine was torn apart, and the gas tank I stuck it in the back window he told AAA it had vapor lock. Guy showed up didn't say a word put it on the flatbed and hauled it away. IMO AAA if they want to reduce fraudulent towing, they should require the tow truck driver to verify the vehicle is within their policy of towing.

State of Washington you cannot operate a Tow truck or business if you have any felony convictions. The states laws make it easy for Tow companies to legally steal your vehicle from you. Legalized auto theft. They grab up something they like, tow it and with storage fees and fines end up getting the vehicle. You can't afford to get your vehicle you lose it. You can't buy it back at auction or even own the vehicle again no matter how you get it back. They will suspend your license and destroy your credit by creating delinquent accounts of not paying. They legally steals your vehicle from you. They are mostly all corrupt in some way or another. Bottom line is you get screwed either way. Your only recourse is to hope Karma catches up to all these assholes that rape and pillage innocent people. Hopefully they will be held accountable for their actions in taking people's possessions in a criminal but legal way
