The very first time my friends and I got pulled over, I was the only one to absolutely refuse to give them my ID because I had my seatbelt buckled and I was in the passenger seat. So many people think that if the driver of the vehicle you are in is pulled over that the passenger(s) have to provide ID when asked… furthest thing from the truth in 99 percent of the conditions. So many people are afraid to stand up to cops in fear they will get in trouble. Cops could previously get away with much more but since body cams have been implemented and since we have the right to record as well, it actually almost gives us the upper hand nowadays because it’s no longer some random stranger VS a police officers word in court. I'm from Cincinnati and I can say from personal experience that Cincinnati has very Petty police officers When I was 16 I had a job at a freaking Subway, this one specific officer used to pop in there all the time so our faces became familiar to each other, I even remember his name on his badge. 2 years later when the Columbine school shooting happened, all police across the country were overly Vigilant with anybody that looked like a Metalhead or a goth. The same officer that I spoke of from the Subway, that was the only place him and I have ever seen each other up until the moment I'm about to mention..... one day I had seen this officer randomly on the streets, just like always I called him by his last name and said hey how you doing it was at that moment he looked at me and told me that I look familiar to him, I paused and said I worked at the subway a couple years ago you always came in there all the time, it was at that moment he said he didn't believe me and then next thing you know he's investigating the crap out of me and even says something about you look like one of those Columbine kids as part of his excuse for even drilling me

If he was so confident about the reason for detention he would have already arrested the guy for failing to id. The fact he walked away shows he was unsure of his reason to detain . Most state laws require folks to id for an offense , and if they refuse , they can be arrested and booked , assuming the stop is legal.

Well i sure dont want ashes mixed in with mud. My answer to whats the difference between a huge pile and a ash from a smoke would be nothing because the ash from a huge will pile will blow away the same and one day very soon rott into new soil. We spread ashes on the garden each fall. Rotto til in spring. Seems to grow good vegis. So ya ashes become soil. Look at wild fires, millions of trees burn leaving so much ash. That just becomes nutient rich soil so new trees can grow. Now facts about the risk of fire with cigarettes. Very very very low. The lit part of a cigarette is not hot enough to ignite a sheet of paper. Ive had many smokes go out front window and in back window. I find many burn marks but none that were very big. About pinky finger size. We smoked in hay barn as piling hay. Smoked in the barn feeding the cows and chickens. Millions of cigarettes smoked and only heard stories but never saw it. I pass out drunk with a smoke. It goes out in 30 seconds and no fire. Wake up to finish it in the morning. Now if they make cigarettes to self extinguish then how does a ash falling 3 feet pose a fire risk. I can ash in my hand 1 inch away and its already cold. Just dried up powder. Spit on hand then push smoke in it and dont burn nothing. Not hot enough so these cops are not thinking very logical. People these days are fucking brain dead. Hey where do eggs come from and bacon?

After a forest fire new growth comes up in the fertile soil from all that ash. We dump the ash from the wood stove onto the garden. Its that pesky dammed filter. Personally i without thought ash on the ground but then put it out and filter into pocket to dispose of thats not all over our beautiful land but cop dude chill out over ashes. I've always thought the whole smoke being the pollution is ridiculous. The buds yes is a problem. Even just one a day builds up when so many people do it. The reason why my zoo banned smoking in the entire zoo just this year is because they kept finding buds in the animal exhibits. They tried making it so the only 2 smoking zones in the bigening and the end where far from exhibits. So they went hard. no more cigarettes.They didn't care about the smoke. bon fires also make smoke and all smoke contains carcinogenic so I don't buy that argument.

It’s only a crime to lie to a court or a federal officer (fbi, atf). Their dirtiest trick is getting you in an interrogation room, giving you a general description of the case and then ask you “do you know anything about the case?”. If you say no, they charge you with lying to a federal official, because they obviously just told you about the case 🙄. There is no law saying you can’t lie to a sheriff or city officer tho, that’s why channels like Long Island audit can tell the cops his name is Ben Franklin and he doesn’t get arrested.

One afternoon I was in a park and I was metal detecting which I had every right to do. I came around the end of a pavilion and looked up and there was a police officer standing there and he said to me I don’t think you’re supposed to be in here doing this! I said to him I have a permit and I actually have more right to be here doing this than you do Smoking a cigarette and standing right in front of a sign that says “Young lungs at play no smoking permitted in this park $50 fine for any violators”. he became visibly agitated and started running his mouth to me about me telling a police officer what’s right and what’s not right and then he wanted to see my ID and then blah blah blah. he then flipped his cigarette onto the ground got in his car and drove off in a hurry and he was not a happy man. I refuse to show my ID which made him even matter. I didn’t do anything wrong and I wasn’t going to show him my ID no matter how hard he pressed. And I wasn’t being anti-police I was being pro citizen.

I remember a long time ago-----tow cops in a car--one a rookie with his veteran stopped me just outside my house, while I was coming home from a grocery stop----they asked me for I.D. which I didn't have since I didn;t bother to take any ------I told them if they wanted I.D---To follow me home-=---so the next step was they asked me if I had any drugs-----and why I had my hands in my pockets----to answer them before they had any chance to violate my 4th amendment rights----I just replied ----because It was cold ---then I left and they drove off ...It was obvious that the veteran cop tried to train his rookie cop the wrong way...!

The LT clearly pulled the officer into the car to tell him his behavior is absurd, but he then let's him save face by saying that it is a real law and allows him to get out of it by changing it to a warning. He of course isn't going to let his officer face the embarrassment he deserves. This should not be excused because it still plays into their behavior and ego. If this LT acted the way they truly should in this profession, he would have told his officer he was out of line the second he heard what was going on, not pulled him aside and still let him continue his nonsense and back out of it by saying it's just a warning now.
