The Raven's Beak can always be found inside a chest on the main tent of Sir Kuno's camp if you have the Band of Bastards DLC.

As soon as the camp becomes available, which i believe is only after you've talked to Sir Radzig in that part of the game to start the DLC.

i picked up ravens beak from a camp leader. and do i LOVE it. it seems quicker to use than most heavy weapons in the game - it's fantastic as a counter weapon.

I hope we have a way to use more polearms in KCD2, don’t know how they could make having a polearm in your inventory more realistic though, maybe a horse inventory capable of transporting polearms? Great video as always!

I hope so too. Typically in real life these would be carried on another horse, or in a wagon of some sort. But, that is also why Knights had squires/pages.

I love the maces and warhammers in KCD. The longsword is fancy and flashy, but a shield and mace is the best way against armored opponents.

Me too. I switch around a lot, but the mace and cuman metal shield has always been my go to.

Shield and mace is the perfect thing to go with heavy plate armor. Makes you more durable than anything.

What I've learned from these "best weapons" lists: Win the rattay tournament A LOT. Which is my preferred way to level warfare, weapons, and defense, making a good amount of money all while ripping off Pashek and now I can also get very good gear!

I think, personally, my favorite mace is the ceremonial mace, but i do also really like the ravens beak.

I personally like the bailiffs mace. Because I like to use the slash motion mostly. I used to use the heavy Warhammer because of the stab damaged. But I like the Aesthetics of the bailiffs mace. I often will carry that around when I'm just walking around in my Hans capon cosplay LOL I normally run around with the Executioner sword. And I'm not talking about the sword that belongs to the executioner. I'm talking about a sword that is actually called the Executioner sword. Because it has a 71 slash damage So because I'm used to using it that way. I got used to using the bailiffs mace the same way. But I barely use the bailiffs mace in combat anymore even though I used to be a mace user But The Executioner's longsword is phenomenal at making enemies bleed quickly helping you win the battles easier I wonder how many people actually use the Executioner sword. You can get it after sabotaging the executions. As soon as the executions are over I probably head back to the camp and steal the sword that is in the chest. Since for some strange reason he doesn't carry it at on him. Which I thought was odd I looted the Executioner after the sabotage mission was over and he didn't have his sword on him he had this other sword on him. I didn't even think about it being in the chest back at his camp. So the next playthrough, I raced down to the camp and there it was in the chest. I stole it but I never used it. It wasn't until this most recent playthrough that I started using it

I've used the executioners sword a couple times in one of my playthroughs, but it never became my primary weapon.

I would say that. Ceremonial mace is an undisputed king of Maces - high damage, good defence and durability - but Bailiff's mace will also work nicely. As for hammers - I would argue that Raven's Beak is better than Heavy War Hammer. Beak - 55 blunt, 43 def 56 durability Heavy War Hammer 57 blunt, 36 def 45 durability Heavy Warhammer 54 blunt, 38 def 50 durability Beak sacrifices only 2 damage for significantly better durability than War Hammer. There is also the thing - beak is a split damage weapon - it combines piercing and blunt on strike, giving it pretty massive total damage value. Heavy Warhammer - without space - has VASTLY superior stab damage to other blunt weapons, only marginally worse blunt, and middle value for def and durability. The real question is - what does defence stat on a weapon actually do... Because I've found conflicting info - most seem to point that it appears to increase the perfect block window. Another question is, if defence stats are cumulative with a shield, or the shield replaces them.
