Hello Deeparekha. I have not uploaded the 2nd part which is actual titration. I have not finished editing it (a last step is not shot yet). However, you can ask me your question. I will help you in case I know the answer. I will also try to finish the video soon and upload (as I am going to perform few more tests shortly).

Hi kavya. I did not upload it because I don’t have the complete data. I can do one thing. Just compile what I have and put it here this weekend if it helps. Any confusions or concerns, do let me know. I see that others also want it. I feel that the particular standards do not clearly explain the procedure. May be that’s why all find it difficult to follow.

Sir, what is the normality of the nitric acid used

Hi Paul. I do not remember the normality. I followed AASHTO T260 which just says to use concentrated nitric acid (specific gravity-1.42).

You can get same as shown in the video. It works well. It’s from Fischer scientific.
