Thank you for this lovely practice! I enjoyed the pace and all the moves that felt so appropriate for me this morning! Not to mention that it is the beginning of the spring where I live! This practice is a hidden gem! I am glad I found it today!

Interesting flow.. all 3 routines... I practiced one day after another in sequence.. helped me with some digestion issues. Although, the instructions were a bit unclear to me at places, I feel like even if i try them again I won't get it because it was difficult to know which limb goes where. Still, loved it, specially all the twist were helpful.

Thanks so much for this elaborate comment, which really helps us fine-tune the quality and message. We have improved the instructional value of the sequences ever since, so if you want to enjoy a more recent routine you will probably find it more user friendly. We are working on improving the overall instructional quality and cuing of the videos. Thank you and Namaste!

Dear Yogea, thank you for sharing your beautiful routines. I enjoy them immensely. I practice with you every day and today a came to a thought that horrified me. I thought: what if her videos somehow become not accessible? Really, I got hooked to them! :) Keep up with the great work!

Another favorite practice of mine. I have so many routines that I come back to, Root and Anchor, steadies me sturdy for the day, feeling an unshakable foundation in my lower body. Zip Up The Core, a great way to energize your center. Simple Magic, a nice and easy quick relief. It would be interesting to know. What would be one of your favorite routine's that have been a refreshment to you? Maybe practices that are important to you, or one that you could do more often?

Kevin Delrosario Dear Kevin,it is so wonderful that you benefit from all these routines. That is what they are there for. I actually like all the routines. I have a daily 3 hour practice, so I tend to combine different variations and sequences, but I also let myself free and improvise, sometimes I come up with new very helpful compound stretches that facilitate deep myofascial release. And this is how all these sequences came to be. But I would say this detox series is one of my favorites. Wonderful to know we are practicing these routines together, it brings such a sense of unity and divine flow. And that is what ultimately Yoga is! Have a glorious, reviving spring!
