For some reason I hadn't remembered too much of this one, but I think it may be the best one for my constipation. I do remember I had a lot of trouble with this one the first time around, but it was easier to keep up this time. You must be a real pro to be able to switch poses so quickly like that!

I am a huge fan of yoga twists and this practice was great! I typically dislike chair and it didn't seem so daunting when each pose was the same three breath clicks. Great flow and twists! I feel so loose and great!

I think my digestive system is beginning to feel better, but today I had a lot of problem with phlegm. That didn't happen with any of your previous videos, but I'm also on the fourth day of a fast, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

I wouldn't do these exercises for indigestion really, how can bending down help with digestion? I would skip the first part of the video.
