When we wake up in the morning, we are often tight and sore from lying in bed all night. This morning stretch for flexibility gently wakes up your muscles, joints, and ligaments and can be done in less than 15 minutes before you start your day. I love doing this after I travel or when I just need a break from my regular yoga practice, so it's good for beginners and regular practitioners!
