STILL LISTENING IN 2024.This song had so many young singers coming up back in the day wanting to sound like Stevie. Stevie was the king of "runs." No one could touch him I remember back in the 70's and 80's Grammy nominees competing in his category would not show up because they were already convinced that he would win. Today the guy is a super icon. They should have produced an epic movie about Stevie by now. My fear is that the youth of today will not know what they have truly missed. A great one.

You have not lived until you hear Stevie sing this song LIVE! . . . oh my GOD! I didn't breathe through the whole song until he finished! I saw him LIVE at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods, Oct 22nd! I was in ectasy by the time he finished this song. He actually cried during this song. I think the entire audience was crying with joy.

I became a fan of his music when I was asked to sing this song for a wedding when I was 15 years old (in 1982). I listed to it for hours and hours. I just couldn’t stop listening to it! It was the most beautiful song I had ever heard in my life at that time. Still today, Stevie Wonder has been the greatest musical influence on my life. We even share the same birthday (May 13) 🎤🎶❤️

This was my wedding song 36 years ago, I got married to my husband in July 16, 1988 and we are still together to this day, people if you ever decide to make this classic song your wedding song make sure that the one you're going to marry is your soul mate, because this was no doubt the perfect song for me to walk down the aisle to become as one and I wouldn't change anything about that special day.

So many memories over the years.. When this album, Talking Book was released (74?) I had my first serious romance and we played this magnificent LP counteless times. Well we both moved on but this particular song always open the floodgates, still to this days some 40 plus years later. Stevie Wonder, a musical genius, a major contributor to the development of musical style and technique, a poet. He has brought so much joy and communication with his gifts. Thank you and bless you Stevie.

@@seanlewis1148 Stevie had so much to say and it was like, the floodgates were open in that decade. He found his "groove" so to speak and produced a masterpiece, then maybe a year or less, he released another masterpiece! So amazing. He opened our ears and profoundly influenced many others. He is brilliant and I can't say that about many others.

Absolutely gifted I'm hearing this song for the first time and I'm already fell in love with it and thinking that when it's my time to turn Titan. Consider this song as well this was the song that mr. Barack Obama and Michelle Obama wedded to❤❤❤❤
I was challenged by a customer I'd served to compare this song with the original from O'Brian. The original was very smoothly delivered, very much tailored to the artist. A perpetual R&B Classic. But this version is touching in that inspirational way that Stevie Wonder is known for, so in my judgement, though Wonder did a great job, I must give due props to O'Brian, since I felt transported back to the era that this was in constant play while listening!
