First and most importantly is to take the cover off the brake reservoir so you squeeze the piston without having to bleed anything and you don't need all those tools. Just remember to put that cover back on before you start pressing on the brack pedal

That was a great video. In my truck Bible it says the torque down the caliper bolts, the smaller ones to 24 foot pounds also, don't you have to start up the truck before you pump the brakes? I've seen people pump the brakes without the motor running, and with the motor running. it seems more logical that the motor should be running because their power brakes correct?

Check the dust plate isn't slightly bent and rubbing the rotor. It happened to me after I changed mine.

I’m guessing that’s a four-wheel-drive that you did because my 2 Wheel Dr. the rotor is one piece with the hub assembly

​@deuceliter he probably has a 94-97 2WD they have single piston calipers and a one piece rotor with bearings and races. I want to upgrade to the 98-02 style like yours makes things easier to change out and improved braking

@@pablo3735 i have not yet to upgrade but i think you can swap the spindle assembly with the newer style. The also make kits i believe if you dont want to go junkyard hunting.
