Lady in this anime might be 1 of the police that chasing Dante because in previous annoucment it look like she in somekind of uniform. 3:41 that probably Enzo. the reason why they choose JYB might be nice little easte egg because he was voice Vash from Trigun and DMC 3 based relationship between Dant and Vergil on relationship of Vash and Knive from Trigun

Pretty sure it is its own thing like continuity/universe. Considering certain big contradictions. Just like with CV this could be Anddy Shenka own version of DMC 3 timelime and events or after it . Or it could be actual canon that take place in some wierd period between DMC3 and 1.
