You can look at it in a way that they considered Shinji to be a tough enough guy so that his name garnered respect. He isn't just a sidekick, but an integral part to who Kazuma was. There's also the way Kiryu steps by fake-Shinji and only addresses fake-Kiryu with respect. Seems to me like he's desperately holding back, trying to be civil as usual, even though he still mourns his late friend and sees this as a great (if slightly respectful due to coincidence) shame.

He is sarcastically driving it home that he owns the dude like a slave in his mind and thinks he can do whatever he wants with him. Japanese is a great language to quickly communicate respect and disrespect. Yojimbo almost always means 'bodyguard' (especially outside the business establishment context) and is the name of a famous 1961 Akira Kurosawa film. I dig Fake Kiryu's Kiryu voice.
