The organization can’t afford to have AD wasting these last few years of what prime LeBron has left as well as his own prime! * We all know and expect LeBron to do all the right things $$$ investing in his off season body training to be ready for next season, including some well deserved rest and recovery. * The following players need to be let go or traded: Kuzma, Gasol (who cried about playing time and didn’t do shit when he got it)- Dennis Schroeder- let his ass walk - no, tell him to run!! What a disappointment- from his inconsistent play to his repeated COVID violations!! The Twin Morris needs to say bye! Montrez - either define a role for him or let him walk- Vogel hardly used him (and he could’ve been useful in the Phoenix series. Alex Caruso - he lost some energy this season but he should stay! Taylor Horton Tucker? This kid is gonna be one baaaaaad Motha if he keeps working on his game. Vogel needs to carve him a bigger role! The Drummond experiment needs to play itself out for another season! And KCP - who lost his confidence to shoot the damn ball - should be sent packing! * Lakers need to find and sign some junkyard dawgs who are long and tall and quick (like Denver’s Michael Porter, Jr.) who can shoot the 3 ball consistently and play harassing defense and can rebound!! * EPILOGUE: I see MAJOR CHANGES coming for this franchise - it’s a critical time. It’s quite shocking to go from champion to exit in the first round in a matter of months in a truncated off season/season. Injuries and lack of cohesion took its toll. They fixed something that was not broken. I saw this coming. Why should you replace guard Rondo, a 9.5 to an untested Schoder, 6? Injuries and all, Lebron is still there and could have pulled it through with a Rondo. Like if you agree! In all high caliber championship teams the guards are the most important personnel. Talk about Rondo, Jordan, Magic, Kobe, Stockton, Fisher, Curry, Irving, Kerr, Wade. They stabilize the team under pressure and they make things happen at the crucial plays. All teams from the eighties to now. Schroeder is no where near there. I couldn’t fathom how they let go of Rondo. The guy who made Lebron win a championship in LA

I feel like one of the biggest factors of this series is how little production the lakers got out of drummond, harrell, and schroder as in game six drummond didn't play and Harrell only played 8 minutes and scored 2 points and for the whole series Harrell only averaged 5 points
