Judging from your facial expressions, this session looked harder and more intense than the previous one. Progression is going good. Your backpressure in particular is looking real good 😯🤨😱I believe your main weakness, if you can call it a weakness, is that you love the feeling of armwrestling so much and the community in general that you practice and beat up your arms way too often, more than you should. But look at the community you have created and the people you introduced to art of holding hands. Your elbows (after a couple of surgeries each) can proudly say "look what i've created"

Dev, pls consider doing a vid about performance enhancement in arm wrestling, this is such a taboo subject that nobody wants to discuss it, its unregulated now, but I have a feeling in future, just like mma, for pulling to be a legitimate and mainstream sport that is accepted by the masses, it will eventually be regulated, like the UFC finally had to do to legitimacy, other pullers will complain that they lost due to their opponents being jacket on roids to make reasons for doubt if they could win without taking as much gear as possible. I think its an interesting topic to discuss and consider the future of the sport if it ever gets that big, and the impact of gear in the current climate of elite puller. I know everyone does it and its a subject nobody wants to talk about, but I think your views would make a super popular vid on the matter, I know this because of all the fitness athletes that have came out on here has been viral, look at Larrys vid on it, massively successful and for many the reason they subbed him and found him in the first place. Controversy=large amounts of views

Pulses = I Like to Call It Static Dynamic Reason You do Very Short ROM cuz when u verses your enemy, you will depend on your static strength much higher. Then you try to pulling your enemy's arm toward you, you start to switching a lil bit to dynamic without losing your static strength. Thats why if u could just lil bit budge the hand into your desire position from your very short ROM training then you could do bigger ROM for finishing move. Is that right ? Lets say 70% Static and 30% Dynamic

Arm wrestling is like arguing with your girlfriend: hold the position when she starts messing with your head, hold the position and “bleed out the arm”. After you feel like the storm is calming down, you ask her the right question (top roll/hook), bring forward a strong argument (bring forward the shoulder) and end end the argument (pin). Simple as that) P.s. love from Azerbaijan Devon! 🇦🇿

I don't have an opinion about the pulse training yet because i've never done it, BUT I 1:30 - 2:00 100% agree with this type of training, what we've seen over the years in regard to pronation training with a belt/rope and free weight doesn't seem to be as good as this one what Devon is doing, because if you extend your arm and do the entire hammer curl before pronating - you're basically creating a momentum for your pronator and it has an easier time pronating at the top, but this is awesome! hodling the angle and just pronating - perfect!

I got a suggestion for an undercard for the Levan vs. MMT match. No Limits vs The Ice Road Trucker. Now that's a card. Igor don't be greedy and daft. Grow the sport. The fans deserve it. The arm-wrestling legends deserve it and future arm-wrestling greats deserve it.

Hey Devon, I've been watching your videos for a solid 2 years, you inspired me to get into fitness and through arm wrestling and training I've done a 360 going from a fat out of shape guy to a monster. One thing I would recommend you doing is creating tutorial how guys can get the arm wrestling equipment, straps, machines etc. I figured it out and built machines and modified machines to fit to arm wrestling training but I think that's a big step for an average person. If you explain where you got your equipment or how you modified it, it would probably help a ton of people who are interested in arm wrestling to actually train. You've a legend superman, I inspire to be 1% of what you are, that'll be a huge success for me.

@@giosulakadze7589 yes, that is why I think Devon is so good. He is barely heavyweight. And he has never done fully upper body weight training like most of the these really big boys.
